The entire experience with the host staff and the apartment itself was excellent. Communications before & during our stay was timely & helpful. The early check-in was much appreciated by our group as we landed at 6:30am after a long flight. The host arranged for affordable transportation to/from the airport which was a big help. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the comfort of the beds. The elevator was helpful to get our luggage up to the 4th floor bedroom room level. The kitchen is well stocked with the basic supplies. There are three different coffee makers. Not familiar with these fancy machines, we could have used some basic instruction on their use rather then trial and error. Once we figured out the main machine everyone enjoyed their own style of coffee. Not familiar with non-venting dryers we learned to empty the water holding reservoir to keep the dryer efficiently working. Overall it was a perfect place for the 8 of us attending a wedding.

Fue muy buena la estancia en el alojamiento de Mehmet, siempre estuvo pendiente y respondía rápidamente cuando fue necesario. Está bien ubicado, a 15 minutos caminando de las principales mezquitas, hay muchas opciones para comer a los alrededores.

Voyage en famille avec 2 enfants. Logement parfait très spacieux avec tout le nécessaire, conforme à la description, la vue sur le Bosphore et la mosquée est magnifique du matin au soir. Logement impeccable d’une propreté parfaite !! Proximité devant le ferry vers les îles ou Kadikoy, funiculaire vers Taksim, bazar mosquée bleue juste en face. Palais à visiter juste en face également. De très bons déjeuner à 10 minutes. Samet était très réactif avant pendant et même après le séjour ! Je recommande les yeux fermés ! Merci !!

We stayed absolutely loved this house! The location is just perfect — everything you might need is within walking distance: cafes, shops, transportation, you name it. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable! The host was amazing — very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. She answered all our messages super quickly and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We rented the whole house with friends, and it was such a great experience! The place had a really cozy vibe, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly like the pictures — maybe even better! We had an incredible time and would 100% love to come back.

Наша первая поездка в Стамбул и мы очень рады, что остановились именно в этом районе и именно у Ильяза. При следующей поездке остановимся тут снова. Это жилье сочетает в себе сразу множество факторов. Огромная мягкая и удобная постель с новым матрасом, современная сантехника, терраса (которую можно сделать открытой или закрытой по желанию). Душ очень приятный и чистый, много горячей воды, и красивое естественное освещение. При жаркой погоде было очень комфортно и прохладно.Жилье сочетает в себе современный ремонт, но при этом присутствует атмосфера старины здания, красивые деревянные полы. Есть все необходимое для готовки. Ночью в этом месте тихо, мы крепко спали. Кошка Биттер приходила к нам в гости каждый вечер, и даже спала со мной в обнимку несколько ночей. Хочу отдельно поблагодарить хозяйку в кафе на первом этаже, я плакала когда мы уезжали. Это человек очень большой души, завтраки, которые вы получите проживая в этой квартире вы не найдете лучше во всём Стамбуле.

Great place in cool neighborhood. Lots of coffee cafes, restaurants, shops,etc. and close to Taskim Square. Tram or walking to Galata, shopping or over to Asian side. Good size apartment. Plenty of grocery available and the street is quiet and quaint. Deniz and Derya were both very responsive hosts and great to work with. Would recommend

Great spot to stay for a few days in İstanbul. Clean, well equipped, and secure. Would recommend for anyone needing to be on the Asian side.

Kısa süreli konaklama sonucu tecrübelerime dayanarak anlatım yapacağım. Her şeyden önce bina sağlamlığı; yapı zaten yeni, tüm tetkikleri yapılmış ve dönemin yönetmeliklerine uygun biçimde yapılmış. Can güvenliği açısından hiçbir tedirginlik yaşamadım. 24 ve 26 Nisan arası olan hiçbir artçıyı dahi hissetmedim konakladığım süreçte. Gündem harici daha genel konulara geçecek olursak öncelikle ilanda ne görüyorsanız evde bulacaklarınız aynısı hiçbir farkı yok gördüğünüze sahip oluyorsunuz. Temizlik açısından direkt 5 puan her yer tertemizdi banyo pırıl pırıldı ve o yoğun temizlik sonrası kalan "temiz" kokusu vardı her yerde. Tutacağınız ev 1 göz oda olabilir ancak 1 göz odada ihtiyaçlarınızdan da fazla seçenek/araç gereç konuşlandırılmış odaya. Isınma için de hem klima, hem yapay şömine hem de doğalgaz mevcut. Eğer kolay üşüyen biriyseniz merak etmeyin ev hemen sauna kovamını alabiliyor, çatı katı diye yalıtım korkunuz olmasın ısı kaybı olmuyor. Balkon da tam baharda kahve içmeye uygun

This place is amazing, spotless clean with all basic amenities needed. And the location is nearby to all main tourist attraction and places. The place is much better than shown in pictures and the beds are very comfortable for a comfortable sleep. Also Enil faruk was there to welcome us and always responded very quickly for my queries. Will suggest everyone to book this place for their trip to Istanbul and have a comfortable and memorable stay.

Her şey yolunda gitti bizim için , merkezi bir yerde olması yürüyerek Nişantaşı taksim gibi yerlere gidilebilmesi de keyifliydi tek sorun asansörsüz olması ama o da çok problem olmadı biraz spor yapmış olduk :)

I definitely recommend this accommodation. it was clean and had all the necessary equipment as well as other amenities which were great. Anas who was our host was super helpful and quickly answered all our questions and also helped us with what we needed. The area was also close to most things, 10 minutes by car. I will definitely stay here again

great place to stay. lots of space, the bedroom is massive! Super responsive host, very helpful. the views at the top of the street are stunning. 30 min walk into town or a 10 min walk into the bars and restaurants nearby. there is also a shop a few doors down which is very useful. would defo stay here again.

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Istanbul, managed by Drew and the Alma Management team. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The apartment was just as described—clean, stylish, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants and shops. What really stood out was the hospitality. Drew and his team were exceptional—responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Drew’s being a native English speaker made communication effortless, which was a huge plus. This was our first time choosing an Airbnb over a hotel in Istanbul, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt completely supported throughout our stay. We’re leaving with beautiful memories and already looking forward to returning. I highly recommend this place and Alma’s team to anyone visiting Istanbul

It was a great stay. The place is unique and calming. The host is very helpful and understanding. You have help 24/7 and the nature and the place is unique. We totally recommend.

Great place in Istanbul, felt like home. Three levels & basement, 3 bd, 3 bth, a patio for morning coffee and evening tea, authentic stay in Istanbul (Beşiktaş- Ortakoy area). Safe place, we have found parking place easily, the host, Yunus - was very helpful and kind.
