Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kadıköy

Everything was very nice. Great location in the center of the city. Suitable for families. Would recommend to anyone.

The entire experience with the host staff and the apartment itself was excellent. Communications before & during our stay was timely & helpful. The early check-in was much appreciated by our group as we landed at 6:30am after a long flight. The host arranged for affordable transportation to/from the airport which was a big help. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the comfort of the beds. The elevator was helpful to get our luggage up to the 4th floor bedroom room level. The kitchen is well stocked with the basic supplies. There are three different coffee makers. Not familiar with these fancy machines, we could have used some basic instruction on their use rather then trial and error. Once we figured out the main machine everyone enjoyed their own style of coffee. Not familiar with non-venting dryers we learned to empty the water holding reservoir to keep the dryer efficiently working. Overall it was a perfect place for the 8 of us attending a wedding.

Excellent host, beautiful apartment, stunning views . Samet went above and beyond to help with whatever was needed pertaining to our stay. The apartment is immediately in front of the ferry, easy access wherever you want to go.

We stayed absolutely loved this house! The location is just perfect — everything you might need is within walking distance: cafes, shops, transportation, you name it. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable! The host was amazing — very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. She answered all our messages super quickly and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We rented the whole house with friends, and it was such a great experience! The place had a really cozy vibe, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly like the pictures — maybe even better! We had an incredible time and would 100% love to come back.

If you stay near Sultan Ahmet, you should come this area. If you stay here, you don’t need to go Sultan Ahmet. Based on my experience

Great place in cool neighborhood. Lots of coffee cafes, restaurants, shops,etc. and close to Taskim Square. Tram or walking to Galata, shopping or over to Asian side. Good size apartment. Plenty of grocery available and the street is quiet and quaint. Deniz and Derya were both very responsive hosts and great to work with. Would recommend

Great spot to stay for a few days in İstanbul. Clean, well equipped, and secure. Would recommend for anyone needing to be on the Asian side.

I will explain based on my experience as a result of a short-term stay. First of all, the building is solid; the structure is already new, all tests have been done and done in accordance with the regulations of the period. I did not experience any anxiety in terms of safety. I did not even feel any aftermath between April 24 and 26 during my stay. If we move to more general issues other than the agenda, first of all, what you see in the advertisement is the same as what you will find at home. Directly 5 points in terms of cleanliness, everything was spotless, the bathroom was sparkling clean and there was a "clean" smell everywhere after that intense cleaning. The house you will keep may be 1 eye room, but there are more options/tools than your needs in 1 eye room. There is both air conditioning, an artificial fireplace and natural gas for heating. If you are an easy cold person, don't worry, the house can take the sauna bucket right away, you don't have to worry about insulation as a loft, there is no heat loss. The balcony is suitable for coffee right in the spring

This place is amazing, spotless clean with all basic amenities needed. And the location is nearby to all main tourist attraction and places. The place is much better than shown in pictures and the beds are very comfortable for a comfortable sleep. Also Enil faruk was there to welcome us and always responded very quickly for my queries. Will suggest everyone to book this place for their trip to Istanbul and have a comfortable and memorable stay.

Everything went smoothly for us, being in a central location, it was also pleasant to go to places such as Nisantasi Taksim on foot, the only problem was that there was no elevator, but it was not a problem, we did a little sports:)

I definitely recommend this accommodation. it was clean and had all the necessary equipment as well as other amenities which were great. Anas who was our host was super helpful and quickly answered all our questions and also helped us with what we needed. The area was also close to most things, 10 minutes by car. I will definitely stay here again

great place to stay. lots of space, the bedroom is massive! Super responsive host, very helpful. the views at the top of the street are stunning. 30 min walk into town or a 10 min walk into the bars and restaurants nearby. there is also a shop a few doors down which is very useful. would defo stay here again.

It was a house where we felt like our own home, where everything was spotless. Thanks for the amenities provided. A house I highly recommend about coming to the island and being clean.

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

Great place in Istanbul, felt like home. Three levels & basement, 3 bd, 3 bth, a patio for morning coffee and evening tea, authentic stay in Istanbul (Beşiktaş- Ortakoy area). Safe place, we have found parking place easily, the host, Yunus - was very helpful and kind.
