Our stay was great and the Batuhan was more than a wonderful host. My luggage was lost and he made arrangements to get go with me to airport to retrieve the following day after check in at no charge. He also accompanied me to airport. He was very friendly and one of the best host I’ve ever had. The home was perfect for our two families of 4. I would highly recommend this place and the area!

Awesome location! So many food options available within a walkable distance. Close to the metro for easy access to see the attractions like spice bazaar , Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Upstairs gathering space on the roof was perfect hanging out together. Hosts are always available with a quick response to any questions. Loved it! Perfect place to stay for our family vacation!

This unit is very spacious. We visited with a family of 8. Our experience was greate from the begining when the host graciousely arranged the transportation to pick us up from the airport.The unit is about 4 minutes walk from Osmanbey metro station. There were plenty of restaurants around the unit. The unit is spacious with a lot of rooms and very clean. The host is very responsive and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to help us. My sister had tooth implant. On the last day we had to check-in to the new hotel and the same time we had to go for her dental appointment at the clinic which was a very busy day for us. The host, one more time, graciousely arranged a large size taxi to take us to the new hotel. The taxi was waiting for us to complete the check in and dropped us the clinic for the appointment. This is an example of going above and beyond to help us in a busy day that we were overwhelmed. I can't express my gratitude to thank Sarah and Hani for how they helpe

The apartment was clean,the host was helpful and kind, and the location is wonderful for your trip to Balat! The apartment had what we needed such as hair dryer, washing machine, refrigerator , AC wall units, tea pot, coffee pot for brewing a delicious cup of Turkish coffee which we had the pleasure of enjoying with the host who was a lovely ambassador for the people of Türkiye. There are lovely tea/pastry shops around, fresh juice, small convenience stores as well as some restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favor and ask the host for a little tour of the area. She’ll take you to the best tea shop with the best pastries. I definitely would come back and stay here.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, the apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. What really made the experience outstanding was the amazing communication with the host. They responded incredibly fast, were always helpful, and made everything so smooth and easy. Perfect location to visit Istanbul’s main attractions. The are is full of nice bars and restaurants. The flat was spacious and clean. The host was welcoming, friendly, responsive and flexible. Highly recommended.

It was amazing to stay at her hosting if you are a family of many of just a group of friends the stay can assist you in multiple ways with a good location making it close to many major tourist spots and the street itself was a vibe and were frequently greeted with cats. It was really comfortable to stay at the hosting. Definitely recommend

We were overall satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, it would have been better if the pillows and blankets had proper covers, as they didn’t feel completely clean without them. Also, the location might be a bit challenging for elderly guests or those who have difficulty walking, since getting around on foot isn't very easy. Still, we appreciated the experience and enjoyed our time there.

the location of the apartment is on a slope, but it was in a very beautiful location in terms of view and they were very helpful in moving the furniture to the apartment, and I received clear and good advice on what to do where. It was clean and tidy, kitchen supplies, toiletries, everything was ready.

The house was definitely very clean, we went for our friend's bachelor party, everything was clean, we had a great time, our belongings were moved to the house, we had no problems with communication, thank you very much.

Quiet Place with many shops and cafes. Far away from tourism places but easy to reach and engage.

We spent a very pleasant time here and left great memories. The landlord is super good and has been helping us all along
