Beachfront vacation rentals in Kadıköy

This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

Das Apartment entspricht genau den Bildern – modern eingerichtet und mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Bosporus. Durch die großen Fensterfronten fühlt es sich an, als würde man im Wintergarten schlafen – wirklich besonders! Alles war wie beschrieben vorhanden, und Harun war super hilfsbereit, als ich den Schirm auf der Terrasse nicht selbst zusammenbekommen habe. Ich habe mich rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Was man nicht unterschätzen sollte: Der Aufstieg über die vielen Treppen zur Unterkunft. Am besten bringt man einen Rucksack mit – oder ein bisschen Kondition. Nach ein paar Tagen gewöhnt man sich aber daran, und der Ausblick macht wirklich alles wieder wett! Insgesamt aber eine tolle Unterkunft mit großartigem Ausblick – ich komme gerne wieder!

This is one of my favorite airbnb’s that I have ever stayed in. It is a well designed apartment with beautiful lighting and a great view. All appliances are modern and Berryman thought of everything you might need for your trip. He helped us check in and gave us great tips on how to navigate and avoid scams/traps. I haven’t even mentioned the beautiful view outside the window. The neighborhood is more local and outside of tourist area so it feels like you are living with the turkish people. everything is accessible by train, which is a 5 minute walk away, however there are a lot of stairs and steps since it is a hilly area. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who is coming to Istanbul.

Die Bilder ließen zwar mehr erwarten, aber es war dennoch alles sehr gut! Die Treppen waren für meine 50+ Begleiterinnen anstrengend, aber Harun hatte uns vorher darüber informiert und wir wussten was uns erwartet. Für die Lage war der Preis unschlagbar. Danke!

the place was exactly as mentioned and seen in the picture. The location is perfect as well, pretty much everyhting is at a walkable distance. Galata tower / bridge is like a 10 minutes walk. And the view from the window is spectacular.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was elegantly designed, very clean, and well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning, making my experience even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay with a great host

Resul Bey çok anlaşıylı ve dairesi çok temiz.

Travelled with my young son for dental treatment. Felt like home, everything we needed for a weeks stay. Felt very safe in the complex travelling as a solo parent. Loads of supermarkets, parks, places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for having us to stay.

Habe für 7 Tage gebucht und wäre am liebsten länger geblieben. Leider sind wir die letzte Nacht auch raus da wir einen Erdbeben hatten und doch schon ganz schön Angst hatten im 13ten Stock ansonsten Mega schön und sehr sauber

كان ظافر متعاون جداً وساعدنا في كل احتياجتنا حتى ماء الشرب تم توفيره مجانا …الموقع ممتاز وتحته مول تجاري ومطاعم و امام الابراج يوجد حديقة جميلة على الساحل الشقة في الطابق 31 والتراس جميل جداً اوصي بهذي الشقة

Konaklamamız çok güzel geçti. Birkaç ufak sorun yaşadık ama Emrah Bey hızlı bir şekilde çözüme kavuşturdu. Gitmeyi düşünen herkese şunu söyleyebilirim: Manzarası harika, konakladığımız yerdeki insanların iletişimi çok iyi ve kendinizi tamamen rahat hissedebileceğiniz bir ortam var. Yakınlarda birçok yemek yenilecek yer ve alışveriş noktası bulunuyor. Benim için en önemli avantajlardan biri ise daireye ait ücretsiz kapalı otopark ve açık otoparkın olmasıydı. Her şey için Emrah Bey’e tekrar teşekkür ederim. Yolumuz tekrar düşerse, kesinlikle yeniden konaklamak isteriz.

it was so good for price.you can find evething in.the view is amazing .you sleep with istanbul view and so comfortable place.location is perfect .center of the whole vehicles metro,bus,etc.not luxury but simple and enough .

I want to give 5 stars to the owner for his hospitality. Everything was great.We stayed at the hotel for a week. The owner tried to do everything to make us comfortable staying in his hotel.

Gencay è davvero una splendida persona. Ci ha aspettato per il check in che abbiamo fatto con un po’ di anticipo e ci ha accolto con due cai tea caldi. La stanza è davvero molto bella e moderna ed è un una delle zone migliori di Istanbul, collegata a tutto tramite metro, bus e Marmaray. Lo consiglio a tutti!

La vista es maravillosa. La ubicación es muy cómoda con un bus directo al aeropuerto, y con el ferry que cruzas y disfrutas los paisajes. El barrio se siente seguro, sin turistas. Del lado de Moda hay restaurants y negocios con comidas para llevar, delicioso!
