This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

The apartment exactly matches the pictures – modernly furnished and with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. The large window fronts make it feel like you're sleeping in the conservatory – really special! Everything was as described, and Harun was super helpful when I didn't get the umbrella on the terrace myself. I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. What not to underestimate: the ascent via the many stairs to the property. It's best to bring a backpack – or a bit of fitness. But after a few days you get used to it, and the view really makes up for it! Overall, a great place with a great view – I'd love to come back!

This is one of my favorite airbnb’s that I have ever stayed in. It is a well designed apartment with beautiful lighting and a great view. All appliances are modern and Berryman thought of everything you might need for your trip. He helped us check in and gave us great tips on how to navigate and avoid scams/traps. I haven’t even mentioned the beautiful view outside the window. The neighborhood is more local and outside of tourist area so it feels like you are living with the turkish people. everything is accessible by train, which is a 5 minute walk away, however there are a lot of stairs and steps since it is a hilly area. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who is coming to Istanbul.

The pictures made you expect more, but it was still all very good! The stairs were exhausting for my 50+ companions, but Harun had informed us beforehand and we knew what to expect. For the location, the price was unbeatable. Thanks!

the place was exactly as mentioned and seen in the picture. The location is perfect as well, pretty much everyhting is at a walkable distance. Galata tower / bridge is like a 10 minutes walk. And the view from the window is spectacular.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was elegantly designed, very clean, and well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning, making my experience even more enjoyable. Mr. Resul is very agreeable and his apartment is very clean.

Travelled with my young son for dental treatment. Felt like home, everything we needed for a weeks stay. Felt very safe in the complex travelling as a solo parent. Loads of supermarkets, parks, places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for having us to stay.

Location was great, near Marmaray ( 8 Min by foot) We walked several times to the Mall called Floria Aquarium ( 40 min by Foot) or 2 Staions by Marmaray) Very nice Balcony with perfect view..

Our stay was lovely. We had a few minor issues, but Mr. Emrah resolved it quickly. I can tell everyone who is thinking of going: The view is great, the communication of the people where we stay is very good and there is an environment where you can feel completely comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat and shopping nearby. One of the most important advantages for me was that there was free indoor parking and an outdoor parking lot belonging to the apartment. Thank you again Mr. Emrah for everything. If we ever get in the way again, we would definitely like to stay again.

it was so good for price.you can find evething in.the view is amazing .you sleep with istanbul view and so comfortable place.location is perfect .center of the whole vehicles metro,bus,etc.not luxury but simple and enough .

I want to give 5 stars to the owner for his hospitality. Everything was great.We stayed at the hotel for a week. The owner tried to do everything to make us comfortable staying in his hotel.

Gencay is such a wonderful person. He waited for us to check in a little early and greeted us with two hot tea cai. The room is really very nice and modern and is one of the best areas in Istanbul, connected to everything by metro, bus and Marmaray. I recommend it to everyone!

The view is wonderful. The location is very convenient with a direct bus to the airport, and with the ferry you cross and enjoy the landscapes. The neighborhood feels safe, no tourists. On the Moda side there are restaurants and business with takeout, delicious!

A host who is friendly, always accommodating and solution-oriented. Always happy to come back.
