This two-bedroom apartment is located on the garden level of the villa where I live, with completely independent and private access. The bedroom and bathroom are windowless because in the basement. Very nice studio, complete, independent and quiet, included in our house (main residence in which we live all year round) surrounded by a garden with terrace and with an above-ground pool. We are located 30 minutes drive from the sea (Palavas les Flots).

Dogs are allowed (in the accommodation or in the courtyard, but not in the garden to avoid any potential incidents with our dog).
