This two-bedroom apartment is located on the garden level of the villa where I live, with completely independent and private access. The bedroom and bathroom are windowless because in the basement. But adjustable, powerful lighting brings great comfort.

Very nice studio, complete, independent and quiet, included in our house (main residence in which we live all year round) surrounded by a garden with terrace and with an above-ground pool.
