Vacation rentals with a patio in Jumeirah Islands

There is a reason this place hosted with Gintare is a super-host. It was a very smooth experience from first minute checked in till last minute checking out. The place has unique view of open sea, private quiet beach and pool and good gym facilities. Everything we needed for a relaxed time spent was there. Would definitely go there again.

What a great location and apartment. Right in the middle between the Marina and Beach this place was the perfect fit for everything we needed. The furnishings were all perfect and we felt right at home. Internet was great and everything worked in the house. We highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful place in such a great location. Tons of restaurants, metro was a 5min walk away and JBR Beach was a 10min scooter ride. The view was amazing and the apartment was very clean. Full pool and gym. The place was great and Milad was incredible accommodating. I’m not exaggerating. This place and host were truly great.

Our stay was wonderful at Naji’s AirBNB in the heart of the city. The views were fantastic 🏙️ and the accommodation was just what we needed. We had an incredible time at this apartment, and everything was spot-on! Yuri was a superstar, always there to help with every little need, making our stay super smooth, especially with our baby. The house is so comfy, with beautiful views from every room that just wow you. Everything looks fantastic, clean, and welcoming, and we felt right at home. Thank you. The place is great — I think it was recently renovated because everything inside the apartment looks new. It has a balcony, which I really liked, with a great view especially during the sunset. The apartment is located at JBR Beach, just a 5-minute walk away. There’s a market inside the building with many other markets and pharmacies nearby. The apartment was clean when we checked in. Our host Alexander was very responsive to our messages and he was very supportive to make our stay pleasant. One thing to note is that the car parking space is a bit tight for long cars Overall the experience was good, thank you!

Fantastic villa. Very very large and spacious. The pool was heated and absolutely stunning. We cooked on bbq a few times which was lovely. Air con was brilliant. Very modern inside. Location was great only 15 mins away from the marina. The host was fantastic, always replied fast. We needed a cot bed they provided one the same evening. Will definitely return to this villa.

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

Had the most wonderful stay ! The villa was so well equipped, with a wonderful pool . 20 mins from everything you could ever want to do whilst in Dubai. We hope to return soon.

The space was exactly as described (even better), beautiful interior, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and communication with the host was fantastic. Very nice apartment on 53rd floor with amazing views to Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai. Private entrance to Dubai Mall. Great place!

Very good person and place

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Lovely stay at this studio on JVC. Great location about 20 mins to all main attractions, can walk to circle mall which is great. Clean space, simple but just what I needed for a solo trip. Thank you.

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.
