Vacation rentals with beach access in Jumeirah Beach

There is a reason this place hosted with Gintare is a super-host. It was a very smooth experience from first minute checked in till last minute checking out. The place has unique view of open sea, private quiet beach and pool and good gym facilities. Everything we needed for a relaxed time spent was there. Would definitely go there again.

Very sophisticated apartment with the greatest view ever. I love this place. Will go back there on my next vacation. It was crystal clean as well

My experience at AYA Stay was incredible. The place was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. But what made it truly unforgettable was Navruza — kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her personal touch made all the difference. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one felt like home. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at Vadim's apartment was wonderful. We particularly valued the comfortable seating options and the meticulous attention to detail throughout. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the generous supply of towels was a welcome, often overlooked, convenience. We would certainly welcome the opportunity to stay again.

The apartment hosted by prestige nest was exactly how they have described it. The apartment has stunning views of the burj khalifa and Dubai mall. Easily accessible, very clean, beautifully done up interiors. A special call out to our host Hilary who has very proactivex extremely responsive and made us feel right at home! They go the extra mile to make sure you have a comfortable stay. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a premium, hassle free and a seamless stay experience!

Eric's place is fantastic. I had planned to stay for 3 days and extended this to 9. Eric was very accommodating on the extension and also the late check out requested. The views from the apartment were outstanding, 24hr grocery store at the bottom of the building and direct access to the Marina / Restaurants. Gym and Pool were great additions to the stay. If I come back to Dubai this will be the first place I look.

Zilal was very responsive. We asked for cleaning supplies and he immediately provided us with them. The area is great for families with a play area just around the corner.

I celebrated my and my friend's birthday at Olga's Villa. I couldn't ask for more for my Birthday :) The villa was very clean, spotless and top notch! Everything was well in place and exactly the way it was described. The location was perfect , next to the mall and to the beach. The location was also a bit private and completely away from the noise of the city! Olga was a very responsive and proactive and helped in organizing the stay very well and quick. The price of the property was worth the stay! The caretaker of the villa ''Etsy'' was very pleasant, helpful and friendly and I would give 10 stars to Etsy on how she takes care of the guests. Thank you Olga for being such a great host and providing us your space. We had such a magical time and I really look forward to booking your place once again, especially in winters to enjoy the pool more ;) Thank you so much once again :)

It was a very peaceful and pleasant stay at Ali's villa. Ali was very helpful and responsive and helpful to guide. The place was clean and had all amenities available. Good for families with kids. The stay felt like home and was spacious enough to fit 8 guests of us.

Kiran's place was absolutely awsome. great views, well kept and very clean. walking distance to everything one would possibly need, in room dinning was great value and tasty. you can use the skypool which is a must but obviously an extra charge. I will be returning for sure !

Super logement nous avons adoré y séjourner. L’emplacement est idéal on est proches de la marina mais aussi de JBR. On a pu faire pas mal de choses à pied. Le parking gratuit est un grand atout. La piscine du Marriott et la salle de sport accessible sont la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci infiniment à Zunayd et Omid.

A great option in Dubai. Super clean and nicely decorated, in a new building, with great amenities. Hosts were easy to work with and quite friendly. Apartment is fantastic. Will look to stay here again, for sure!
