Vacation rentals with beach access in Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai

We have stayed in this building a few times before. In general The location is great with all the amenities you can expect such as parking, gym and pool with direct access to the beach. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The balcony was comfortable with seating for 5-6 people and although it was only on the fourth floor it had great views across JBR to the left and the harbour and palm Jumeira to the right. Would recommend this.

This place is conveniently located near the beach and the restaurants in the neighborhood, It even includes a parking spot in the rental. The host is very responsive.

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful condo in Dubai! The first thing that took my breath away was the view—absolutely spectacular. Whether it was sunrise, sunset, or the dazzling city lights at night, the scenery from the windows was like something out of a movie. Inside, the space was just as impressive. The condo was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had a very warm, cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home from the moment I walked in. The bed was super comfortable, the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and everything I needed was thoughtfully provided The location was also fantastic—close to everything, but quiet enough for a peaceful escape. The host was responsive and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. If you're looking for a memorable stay in Dubai with unbeatable views and a comfortable vibe, this is the place. Highly recommend!

The location is excellent — just a short walk to the metro, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. It’s a very convenient area for both business and leisure travelers. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a smooth and pleasant stay. Nikola was fantastic — very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the booking and stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, which made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Admittedly, this was the best property and beach we stayed at comparing to multiple places in Dubai. Spacious flat, very clean with absolutely all bits and pieces you might need for cooking, washing, etc this is not usual. We were even welcomed by some lovely soft and not drinks and chocolate! Great place - would recommend!

I had a fabulous stay at Sarah’s spacious 2-bedroom apartment in JBR. The apartment itself was very clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit-including a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, and super comfortable beds with blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. The living area was bright and airy, and I especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, which offered lovely partial views of the marina. The location is amazing - just a short stroll from the building are the beautiful white sands of the JBR beach, where you can rent loungers, enjoy water sports, or simply soak up the sun. The area is vibrant and bustling, with a huge range of restaurants, cafes, and beach clubs. There are also plenty of family-friendly activities, shopping options, and even outdoor gyms and yoga classes right along the beachfront.

The apartment was spectacular. Very clean, comfortable, and Cozy. It was located in a very high floor so the view was also very nice. The amenities like the pool and lounge chairs were great. The beach was only a 20 meters walk (private beach for the condo), so all was very good.

Zilal was very responsive. We asked for cleaning supplies and he immediately provided us with them. The area is great for families with a play area just around the corner.

It was an amazing experience qualify for best value for money !! Within walking distance about 10 minutes from the Dubai Mall very quiet building. What I enjoyed the most was the free gym The only drawback was the availability of the swimming pool. It was closed during my stay.

The place was quiet, nice, and clean, located inside a secure gated community. Highly recommended if you prefer a peaceful stay and don’t mind being a bit away from the city center.

It was a very peaceful and pleasant stay at Ali's villa. Ali was very helpful and responsive and helpful to guide. The place was clean and had all amenities available. Good for families with kids. The stay felt like home and was spacious enough to fit 8 guests of us.

The place was good and big. And the views are beautiful. It is exactly what is in the description pictures and walking distance in beach and accessible grocer,coffee restaurant all need that place is all there. Definitely will come back again soon! Thankyou so much!☺️

The view from the apartment is incredible and the host not only was very kind they also went above and beyond to be accommodating. And once again the VIEW when you wake up is something I’ll definitely be coming back for! Highly recommend you stay here trust me it’s a bargain for what you get!

We had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The space was exactly as described (even better), beautiful interior, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and communication with the host was fantastic. It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.

Loved everything about it! Prime location, the best people I could have asked for, good coworking, nice community area, intense FIFA matches on the PS5, nice beds. Will come back and can 100% recommend!
