Beautiful apartment, amazing views and very clean. Hotel and residence staff were very friendly and the hotel facilities included were amazing!! Highly recommend!

The apartment is amazing and much bigger than the photos, all what you need is there inside the apartment, the view from the balcony is fantastic the place is very clean with high level security the host Mr. Waseem is very friendly and helpful and responds very quickly, the location is great & very near to JBR. if you are looking for a place that feels like home i advise you to book this place

We arrived very late, but the host's agent was already waiting at the apartment—such a relief! The place smelled fresh and clean the moment we stepped in. The view was amazing, and the apartment had all the amenities we could ask for. The host even prepared everything we requested in advance! About a 15 mins walk to the beach, making it a great choice if you're exploring the Palm area. The only minor issue was the bedroom curtains not being fully blackout. Still, highly recommend this spot!

What a great location and apartment. Right in the middle between the Marina and Beach this place was the perfect fit for everything we needed. The furnishings were all perfect and we felt right at home. Internet was great and everything worked in the house. We highly recommend

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful condo in Dubai! The first thing that took my breath away was the view—absolutely spectacular. Whether it was sunrise, sunset, or the dazzling city lights at night, the scenery from the windows was like something out of a movie. Inside, the space was just as impressive. The condo was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had a very warm, cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home from the moment I walked in. The bed was super comfortable, the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and everything I needed was thoughtfully provided The location was also fantastic—close to everything, but quiet enough for a peaceful escape. The host was responsive and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. If you're looking for a memorable stay in Dubai with unbeatable views and a comfortable vibe, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Admittedly, this was the best property and beach we stayed at comparing to multiple places in Dubai. Spacious flat, very clean with absolutely all bits and pieces you might need for cooking, washing, etc this is not usual. We were even welcomed by some lovely soft and not drinks and chocolate! Great place - would recommend!

I had a fabulous stay at Sarah’s spacious 2-bedroom apartment in JBR. The apartment itself was very clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit-including a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, and super comfortable beds with blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. The living area was bright and airy, and I especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, which offered lovely partial views of the marina. The location is amazing - just a short stroll from the building are the beautiful white sands of the JBR beach, where you can rent loungers, enjoy water sports, or simply soak up the sun. The area is vibrant and bustling, with a huge range of restaurants, cafes, and beach clubs. There are also plenty of family-friendly activities, shopping options, and even outdoor gyms and yoga classes right along the beachfront.

I had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s apartment in Dubai! The location is absolutely perfect ، just steps away from a beautiful beach and with a stunning pool that made my mornings feel like a dream. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Daniel was an amazing host ، very respectful, reliable, and always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. He went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. Truly one of the best hosts I’ve encountered! I’ll definitely be coming back again. Feriel place was amazing in walking distance of so many locations and attractions , he was attentive and responsive to any questions I’ve asked . In side the property had hi many things to keep you occupied and the kitchen. Was well equipped one of my favorite parts . I would book again a super plus on the views of the beqcg and Marina !

If you wanna feel that you are special, then rent this house for your trip. Everything were awesome. All were cleaned properly. Bez was very helpful. Next visit I will prefer again.

Thank you. The place is great — I think it was recently renovated because everything inside the apartment looks new. It has a balcony, which I really liked, with a great view especially during the sunset. The apartment is located at JBR Beach, just a 5-minute walk away. There’s a market inside the building with many other markets and pharmacies nearby. The apartment was clean when we checked in. Our host Alexander was very responsive to our messages and he was very supportive to make our stay pleasant. One thing to note is that the car parking space is a bit tight for long cars Overall the experience was good, thank you!
