We loved our stay, such a beautiful place and perfect for our family. We had such a lovely time. We would definitely like to return. The facilities were impeccable and Loic had thought of about everything.

The accommodation is very clean, the services excellent (heated pool, pool table, foosball, darts, board games, ping pong table, rackets, giant sandbox, swing etc...) a real paradise for children! Philippe's place is super well located and equipped. We came to Jullouville to celebrate Christmas with the family and this pied à terre was absolutely perfect for us. There was no shortage of things in the house. The little jar of honey made by Philippe was very nice for our arrival. We recommend 100% and will come back without hesitation

We had a very pleasant weekend with friends! The house is both spacious and friendly, and the surroundings are very quiet There are many activities about half an hour from the house The welcome is perfect, thanks again to our hosts!

Gite suitable for large families , with a very nice outdoor space. The. Hot tub was much appreciated. Rooms are very comfortable , modern bathrooms, and functional living spaces. The communication was warm with our hosts who are very accommodating and responsive to our requests and we thank them for it. We had a great Easter weekend there!

very nice house, good location and quiet. very accessible at sea level and for walks by the sea but the car remains essential to do this. the accommodation is spacious, the bedrooms large and the bedding really very good. lots of dishes, dishes, appliances. big + on the washer/ dryer accessible (especially when you have children) very responsive hosts when we needed.

Independent accommodation, with closed courtyard to park a vehicle and small terrace with table and deckchair. The accommodation is cozy, very recently renovated, very pleasant to stay in, everything is new and perfectly equipped. The place is peaceful, with little road traffic and virtually no noise. Jullouville beach is beautiful, offering the possibility to walk along it on a paved road for several kilometers. It is a short drive from the property. Hosts are welcoming and potentially available if needed. We highly recommend this listing.

A wonderful place in a super nice setting. A great house, very authentic and a perfect place for a large family gathering. Everything you can think of is available. A great kitchen and dining space, as well as a fantastic garden.

Thanks to Michel and Danièle for their hospitality and availability! We had a lovely stay and the quality of the accommodation greatly contributed to it. Since the listing is located in the countryside, a car is required to move around. However, it was perfectly in line with our expectations and what we are looking for: calm, greenery and tranquility. In addition, it remains ideally located close to many places to visit: Saint-Malo, Cancale, Rennes, Mont Saint-Michel, Dinan, etc. We would recommend it in a second!
