A lovely studio with a spacious living room, private (separate) bathroom, sleeping loft (note: narrow steep staircase) and private outdoor terrace with seating and parasol. The studio has a spacious kitchen counter with various kitchen facilities. The studio is remarkably light through the many windows. Please note: due to the narrow and steep stairs to the sleeping loft, it is not suitable for the elderly or disabled.

De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. A unique vacation home from 1961 directly on the North Holland dunes, especially suitable for families with children. Family-owned for three generations. The house is well "lived in"; if you are looking for laminate and high gloss, you will not be happy with us. If you love vintage and easy living, however, you will be very happy. :) We also keep prices low by NOT offering SHEETS and TOWELS. Sorry, I live far away myself. Old school holiday home, very simple. ;-)

We look forward to welcoming you to our cozy tiny house with free parking, private jacuzzi, sauna and garden,located on the edge of the village of Vijfhuizen, in a rural environment .Wake up every morning to birdsong and peaceful. Haarlem is only 10 minutes away, the Airport 15 minutes, while Zandvoort beach and Amsterdam can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The house is ideal for guests arriving by car. Bicycles is also available on site at your own risk.

The Practice

A lovely luxury accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam city center. It is a five-minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is completely private with a terrace all around and a beautiful garden with three places to sit. Fenced all around and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for small children.
