Located in the outhouse next to our own home. 5 km from E20/E45 and Kolding Mall. Less than half an hour to Legoland , Legohouse and Givskud Zoo. It is about 700 meters to shopping as well as bakery. Cozy and peaceful garden where no amenities should be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including the Donss lakes. In addition, bike path to Kolding.

Lovely new fully furnished cottage 100 meters from kid-friendly Hvidbjerg beach and 40 km from Legoland! New wooden floors and lots of cozy details with a fireplace in the living room. Nice new bathroom with floor heating, washing machine, new kitchen with dishwasher. 2 bedrooms (in each 1 double bed) and a living room where 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed (living room but not heated). Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.

The apartment is close to the city center and shopping

Bed linen must be brought. Bed linen can be rented for DKK 50 or EUR 7.00 per person. Toilet paper and towels are provided upon arrival. Cleaning can be purchased on site for DKK 300.00 or EUR 40.00. There is fast wi-fi and free parking right at the door on the street 24 hours, don't worry about the 2 hours on the P sign. The front door code will be available when the booking is confirmed.
