The home, which is 100 sqm, is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen-living room with a dining area for six people plus a baby, a bunk bed, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), and a baby bed. On the first floor, there is a living room with a TV and a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200). The bunk bed measures 70 cm wide and 190 cm long and is only intended for children and smaller/lighter people. There is the option of a mattress on the floor in the living room on the 2nd floor.

The house invites you to enjoy, walk along the beach, relax in the sauna, hot tub or in front of the fireplace with a good book or a glass of wine. Both summer and winter, the sea is inviting to swim in, with only 250 meters to the water's edge. The beach park offers many different outdoor activities and is centrally located on Funen. With shorter driving trips, exciting attractions can be reached on both Funen and Jutland.

Beachfront farm

Fogensegaarden near Bogense has an unusual location for an old farm. A few meters from the beach on the island of Fogense, which was dammed and the road into Bogense drained and protected by a dike almost 150 years ago. An enterprising farmer, Christian Jensen, built the farm 130 years ago in its current form with a large farmhouse and a humble tenant housing at the southern end. It is the main house, which after several modernizations is now rented out in the coming season to holiday guests.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.

The apartment is close to the city center and shopping

Bed linen must be brought. Bed linen can be rented for DKK 50 or EUR 7.00 per person. Toilet paper and towels are provided upon arrival. Cleaning can be purchased on site for DKK 300.00 or EUR 40.00. There is fast wi-fi and free parking right at the door on the street 24 hours, don't worry about the 2 hours on the P sign. The front door code will be available when the booking is confirmed.
