Summer house on the water's edge

Cozy family cottage right down to the beach. The house sleeps 6 adults and 1 child, in the summer months there is a cozy annex with room for 4 adults. The cottage is located next to one of Denmark's most beautiful child-friendly beaches. Here, there is plenty of opportunity for lovely walks along the beach, crabbing and a round of mini golf on Denmark's oldest mini golf course. In the summer months, there are several good takeaway options in the area. The cottage was renovated in 2019, with respect for the history of the house.

Separate apartment of 90 m2 on the lower floor with private entrance. From the terrace there is a 180 degree water view over the Little Belt. Four beds + 2 children on floor. Large living room sleeps 2, bedroom, bath with sauna, kitchen with all amenities + washer and dryer. Free internet (Netflix) and TV channels. Wine, beer and water are available for purchase. Free parking right outside the door. The apartment is at the bottom of a 220 m2 lovely villa, which is located with 180 degree water view over the Little Belt

Cozy house in the first row to a beautiful beach.

Unique cottage located in the first row to a lovely sandy beach and child-friendly bathing water. The house has two bedrooms with double beds and a loft with three mattresses. There are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling to the scenic Enebærodde. A gem for nature lovers all year round. You can shop at the nearby campsite or in Otterup. There is a heater and a wood-burning stove. The tenant provides firewood. Pets are not allowed in the house! Electricity is charged upon departure - 7 kr (1 euro)/kWh.

Relax in this unique and quiet home located with full sea views of the Little Belt. It exudes calm, idyll and atmosphere. Smaller cabin (30 m2) as well as a loft where there are two sleeping places. In addition, there is an annex with two sleeping places. Small cozy steep path with direct access to the beach. There is a lovely wilderness bath that is heated with firewood. TV with 45 channels. Bed linen and towels must be brought. Shopping 5 min. drive from the place and only 10 min. from the highway.

Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.
