The house is really nicely located and prepared with a lot of love. The photos don't really do justice to the place. The apartment was perfect for the two of us in terms of size and furnishings, including the dog, who also felt very comfortable and didn't want to leave. I can't even list the many small special features here, it's best to discover them yourself.

Christine is amazing, the place looks better than in the photo's. house was clean and super special. if you want to calm and enjoy nature, this is an amazing place, the house is very big and Christine explained everything and beyond, we had EVERYTHING we needed and much more. make sure to get there in daylight, it was difficult for us to find it. we 100% recommend to go there thank you so much for having us!

Barbara offers a beautiful authentic home in the middle of the mountains. With a great view. A lovely place to stay. Everything in the house is neatly updated and the WiFi is great! Everything in the house is present. From a dishwasher to a Nespresso machine, from firewood to air conditioning! Barbara is very easily accessible and answers all your questions very well. We felt very welcome there! In the days we were there we visited several things, recommended are Gasthaus Hahnhofhütte and the chocolate factory Zotter. Thanks Barbara!

David is an ideal host, attentive to the arrival and offering all the necessary help. The accommodation is very nice and comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable. And the equipment is all new and quality appliances. It really has been a rewarding stay. Just to say that it will be even better when the access staircase is finished. Had a wonderful stay in Graz. There was lots to do in the area, and the location is quite close and easy to walk to and from the train station. Plus, the host is timely with their promised response time if a concern arises, i.e. check-in, amenities, local tourist spots, restaurants & convenience stores.

I spent New Year's Eve at Michael's place with my dog. The location is beautiful, the weather was great and the view a dream. If you want to disconnect from everyday life here, you are in the right place. Michael's father greeted me, showed me everything and handed over the key. Michael and his father are very friendly and warm people. The place is as described, beautiful and well-maintained. The balcony with great views was the highlight of looking for the view over the countryside of Gamlitz in the morning. At the bottom of the street there is a beautiful creek where I walked daily with my dog. The neighbors were friendly and the parking right in front of the property. If I want to vacation there again, I will book Michael's place again. 😊

Great location by the park. Clean and spacious with an outdoor garden area. Designed in a minimalist way. Had everything we needed in terms of kitchen appliances, incl. coffeemaker and dishwasher. They even offered a bike, which we didn't end up using but we thought it was a nice touch. Also it rained a lot during our stay so we were very thankful for the provided umbrellas!

We were lucky enough to spend a few days with our big family in this fantastic place. The house is idyllically located in the forest, completely private and surrounded by peace and nature – the perfect place to escape everyday life. The premises were spacious and provided enough space for our entire family. Both the amenities and the cleanliness were impeccable, and we immediately felt comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the walks in the area and the relaxed atmosphere around the house. Many thanks to the hosts for this beautiful experience – we will be happy to come back!

A nice, small house in a wonderful panoramic location in beautiful hillside vineyard landscape! Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, but nice private and quiet. We immediately felt comfortable in the house - so much so that we extended the stay as a result and will be happy to come back!

We spent three nights in Graz. The apartment complies with the listing information and was very clean. During the day you can hear the train, as the tracks run close to the apartment, otherwise it was quiet. It's about 20 minutes to the center, but you can stroll along the Mur. Overall, I would recommend the apartment!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, Christina is really very concerned about the well-being of the guests, always answered questions promptly. The driveway is a bit hidden, but we found it very well by calling and getting personal instructions from Christina. The kitchen is well equipped, the drinks in the fridge surprised us very positively. Overall, the place is very clean and well decorated.

The house is amazing and elegant. All the apartments in the house are beautiful and large. Beautiful pool and services. A couple of issues are related to the gate entrance that was broken and to the air conditioning that was present only in a part of the house.

A light-filled sunroom is depicted, featuring a glass roof and large sliding doors that open to an outdoor terrace. A dining table with white chairs occupies the space, complemented by a yellow sofa. Greenery is visible outside, enhancing the spacious atmosphere.

First of all, the apartment was great and the location was a dream to be. Amazing view over Graz. Maria did a great job, apartment was perfectly prepared. The air conditioner is really a dream come true on hot days. If we come to Graz again, Maria would be our first choice again. Thanks again

We stayed 4 nights at Udo’s apartment. It was cozy and comfortable. Spacious and furnished with good taste, we especially liked the wooden elements in the whole flat. We really liked the option that we could park the car in the garage. Tramstop is 6min walk that takes you to the center if Graz. Supermarket is also nearby, like 8-10min. walk. Recommended to let windows often open coz the flat can get quite warm inside.

We felt very comfortable at Eva's and had a very nice time there! Everything was clean, you have a lot of space and a very quiet and beautiful view. We also got some tips for things to do nearby!!
