Such a beautiful space & very clean / tidy. The apartment is in a great area and walkable to almost anything you would need. It was very peaceful / quiet. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay around the Roma Norte / Condesa area. Margarita was very responsive and offered great recommendations for drink + food in area. I already miss it!!

This was one of our best Airbnb experiences ever. Andres’ place is clean, spacious, and located in arguably the most desirable area in CDMX for visitors. The unit itself is distinguished by tasteful art and enough books in Spanish and English to keep a a reader engaged for months. There are dozens of great dining and drinking options within a 5-10 minute walk. And the doormen who watched the entry gate were attentive and polite, even when we checked in at 11:00pm and checked out at 2:15am due to our flight schedules. Although we never met face to face, Andres was invariably a responsive and friendly host. There is a fan but no a/c (par for the course in CDMX). The unit can get a toasty during the day. Opening the patio door and back window provides good cross-ventilation but invites the local population of blood-thirsty mosquitoes to join your party. Some itchy bites aside, this is a 6-Star (out of 5) property. We will book this unit again for our next visit to the city.

Buen departamento, estuvo muy limpio y fueron muy flexibles con los horarios. Ninguna queja al respecto.

Gran lugar para sentirse como en casa y poder salir a comer en buenos restaurantes, espacio muy agradable y acogedor , el personal de vigilancia muy amable y las noches tranquilas para poder descansar !

This flat was amazing. Nicely designed, great area, serene, nice art. We love Ciudad de Mexico and to have as a place made it a really great experience.

Apartamento muito bom, espaçoso, cozinha completa, tudo novo e funcionando perfeitamente, muito limpo e organizado, chuveiro muito bom, cama confortável e cheirosa, tivemos o privilégio de pegar uma lua cheia bem de frente na sacada, maravilhoso! Também possui uma excelente localização. Arredores tranquilos com muitos bares, restaurantes e um mercado público com várias opções desde frutas, carnes e tudo que possa imaginar. Sobre a Adriana, uma excelente anfitriã, muito amável e compreensiva, atenciosa a todo momento e muito solicita com as nossas demandas. Uma pessoa sensacional que com certeza fez a nossa estadia se tornar muito melhor! Obrigado, Adriana! Com certeza voltaremos aqui se viermos de novo ao México!!

Mis amigas y yo nos enamoramos del depa, el espacio tiene una decoración impecable y también es muy cómodo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar agusto, estuvimos 4 personas hospedadas y todo perfecto. Buena ubicación, relación precio/calidad.

Roberto’s penthouse far surpassed expectations! So nice to be in an airbnb that is actually someone’s home. So chic - details galore - beautifully curated space with an incredible collection of fashion and design books , gorgeous objects and all the modern amenities. Way bigger than expected - extremely comfortable for us 2 and our little dog. great bed - full kitchen - gorgeous views above the trees and so peaceful and quiet which is rare in this city. Roberto and staff were very attentive and professional. I cant wait to be back in this beautiful home!!

Fernando was such a wonderful host! We were so happy with the apartment, location and attentions Fernando gave us. The apartment was extremely clean , comfortable and located in a great location where you can walk to stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay there again! Excelente airbnb como descrito en las fotos en el corazón de Polanco! Excelente localización para dirigirse a los principales puntos de interés ya sea caminando, en bici, en Uber. El apartamento impecable con justo lo necesario en un apartamento con seguridad privada las 24 horas lo que nos hizo sentir muy seguros Gaby siempre fue una host súper amable y nos ayudó en lo que ocupamos y siempre estuvo atenta, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería !

Beautiful apartment in a very safe and walkable location. Loved that the building was set back away from the street so we could sleep with the windows open at night and not hear the hustle and bustle of the city. Mara is a very accommodating host who provided a ton of local recommendations and was very responsive to our questions. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to CDMX!

Fantastic! Highlights: Super easy check-in with a 24/7 front doorman. This made things feel safe and accessible regardless of arrival time. Fantastic (and quiet!) space for a family with two young kids. Patio was a wonderful respite from fumes and sounds. Full kitchen and laundry were much more valuable than we expected when we got stuck in the rain. Responsive host and in a great location. Thank you so much!

El lugar está bien ubicado, la zona es tranquila y el edificio es ameno y tranquilo, la gente es respetuosa del reglamento y horarios por lo que puedes descansar y no te despiertas por ruido de vecinos o de la calle etc. Es seguro, acogedor bien equipado y limpio. Gabriel estuvo al pendiente, incluso nos permitió dejar nuestra camioneta más tiempo en la cochera después del checkout, para movernos con más facilidad en uber, le agradecemos mucho :)

We really enjoy our stay the only problem was that I really tough that we can use the gym area only the residents can do use of the gym to be honest that was one of the principal reasons we did our reservations But for the rest is really good The place locations is really helpful You can find what you need just for the simple reason that you are literally inside of a mall you have the restaurant a supermarket everything to be honest the area is really well located highly recommended and about the gym if your change your mind in planning to stay there just for that the gym is not really a problems at all there’s a gym inside of the mall were you can pay for the service or even get a membership we didn’t get a membership because our stay wasn’t for that longer But if you’re planning stay for more time maybe it is convenient to have one You also have another gym a few step away And palacio de hierro is not to far from that location To be honest I would love to stay again thanku

Un lugar cómodo, un edificio muy seguro, mucha tranquilidad sin ruidos, accesible a transportes, restaurantes, museos etc! Los anfitriones muy amables, buena comunicación y accesibles con respecto a los horarios de entrada y salida ! Súper recomendable !!!

Recomendado! La propiedad es idéntica a las fotografías mostradas, un lugar ideal para conocer la Ciudad de México y descansar, increíble vista. Alan siempre estuvo pendiente de cualquier solicitud y dispuesto a apoyar.

Excelente departamento, Juan Pablo nos atendió de maravilla, es un depto que vale mucho la pena, las amenidades igual espectaculares, tal cual se ve en las fotos está el espacio, la ubicación excelente.

I took such a long time to decide where to book and I am SO glad I booked this place. Geo clearly knows how to be a great host!. The apartment was clean and with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building is in a busy street, however the location of the apartment was very quiet. There was always friendly security ready to let us in and out. The bed! Very comfortable! Weather was hot, but fans were enough to keep us cool at night. We would book this apartment again in a heartbeat for the cleanliness, feeling very well taken care of and the location. Oh! and we SO appreciated the water filter!

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

pretty much everything about the place was great. the only thing i found frustrating was the address supplied to ride shares; they'd drop-off and pick-up on the other side of the building bc of the address. other than that logistical detail, amazing host & place.

We loved our stay at this place in Condesa/Roma Norte. The apartment was super clean, spacious, and looked just like the photos. The location is amazing—right near Parque México and surrounded by tons of great restaurants, bars, and cafes (ie Odette, Tlecan, just to name a few). It was a good homebase. We felt really safe the whole time — there is 24/7 security in the building with the nicest security guards. The host was great—super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions and was very proactive/professional. Would definitely stay here again!
