Beautiful studio furnished and arranged with taste and quality, all with a magnificent view of the Bay of Nice! Particularly well located for shops and walks in Cape Town: everything can be done on foot. Too bad the environment is noisy, sometimes very early in the morning. Jean-Pierre and Yvette are charming hosts and provide very good advice.

I was delighted with my stay! Sandrine is a very welcoming, warm and caring host. She takes the time to greet you in person, which is really appreciated, and she is happy to share her tips about the city and neighborhood. His recommendations for places to visit and places to eat really enriched the stay. Again, thank you for this great experience!

The apartment was great. Everything we needed was provided and it exceeded our expectations. The self check-in was very easy as instructions were clear. The hosts were welcoming, ensuring that we had arrived safely and that we had no issues. Very comfortable bed and pillows, we slept extremely well. The rain shower was brilliant I loved it! The location was perfect, sitting on the balcony looking at the sea was really relaxing.

A very good stay at Carine's place. The latter is conveniently located to enjoy the charms of Antibes old town. It is also close to Antibes train station and easy to access by public transport. Carine responds quickly to messages and was very accommodating for check-in and checkout from the rental.

We spent two dream weeks. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality. The apartment is perfectly equipped and arranged. Very clean. The garage is an essential asset that made life easy for us. The location is ideal, close to all amenities in a quiet area. We'll be happy to go back!

Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

This is a great place to stay with everything you need and perfect hosts. The place is well equipped with everything provided to make your stay comfortable and stress free. It has been thoughtfully restored and set in a lovely garden setting. The pool was lovely and relaxing on the sun loungers in the well planted garden Infront of the bougainvillier clad house was delightful.

Sandra and Mauro are very nice and helpful people. We felt right at home. You can't imagine a better check-in. We were welcomed, everything was explained to us and we felt safe and secure. Sandra and Mauro's hospitality was really great. The rooms were all clean, you had everything you needed and the view from the terrace is overwhelming!

A wonderful place to stay. Most notable were the incredible views, the outdoor facilities (swimming pool, tennis, table tennis, pétanque), the well-maintained garden areas, and the well-equipped kitchen and living areas. Easy check-in/out process, and Valerie was very responsive throughout the stay. A special place that we would not hesitate to return to.

There were three of us at Celine and Julien's house in early May 2025. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thank you both for that. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting extensive hikes. The pool offers a very nice and popular way to refresh afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen is huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Great location. Balcony with sea view perfect for breakfast. Balcony facing the cul-de-sac, therefore quiet living. Walking distance to various beaches, old town, shops... possible. Maurice writes back quickly and takes care of it.
