Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Juan-les-Pins, Antibes

Wir waren als Familie eine Woche in Nizza und haben die Unterkunft dort sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war für uns super, eine wirklich gut eingerichtete Küche, eine große und möblierte Terrasse inclusive Grill. 👍 Raphael hat stets schnell und hilfreich auf unsere Fragen reagiert, kam selbst zweimal vorbei und hat uns sogar die private Tischtennisplatte zur Verfügung gestellt. 🏓 Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und so sind wir ausschließlich mit Bus und Bahn unterwegs gewesen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung von Raphael nur empfehlen! 👍💪👌 Super!

Super logement, proche de tout, un accueil nickel, un hôte disponible qui répond rapidement, que demander de mieux ?

Trés bon séjour. Appartement situé au 1er étage d'une maison de style Vençoise, ce qui fait son charme. Appartement propre et très lumineux et décoré avec gout. Le logement dispose de deux terrasses, avec belle vue sur les montagnes. La literie est confortable. L'appartement est trés bien équipé. On s'y sent bien. La place de parking est appréciable. Nous n'avons pas été dérangé par les voisins. Tout ce fait à pied, le centre Ville Historique est proche, +/- 4 minutes, avec ses restaurants. Le plus, c'est la proximité du Boulanger, du Super Marché, du Magasin Bio de La Pharmacie qui se situent à moins de 2 minutes, toujours sans la voiture. Mme Widad est très réactive. L'escalier ne nous a pas gêné pas pour monter les valises. L'arrivé se fait en solo, du fait de la boite à clés et des instructions de notre Hôte. C'est sûre nous reviendrons à Vence dans cet appartement.

Sally is an amazing host, the apartment is stunning, and it's in my favorite location. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the apartment feels like home. Everything was absolutely perfect, 100% recommended!

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

Hote très sympathique et attentionnée, qui a fait le déplacement de nuit et sous la pluie du fait que notre GPS avait du mal à nous guider. L'appartement coquet et fort fonctionnel, avec doubles terrasse avec vue sur l'extérieur. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu le temps d'en profiter d'avantage en raison d'un séjour court et activités prévues.

We had a great stay in Antibes… location is good near the train station if you wish to visit other towns on the coast. Walkable to the old town with lots of cafes and restaurants. The balcony is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but it is nice to be able to open the French doors. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The unit is located up two flights of stairs but the elevator does not start on the ground floor, so you will have to carry it up a flight at least. Mahlia was extremely responsive whenever we had questions and was very friendly and available. Definitely recommend this spot!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans le studio bien aménagé, malheureusement le temps n'était pas de la partie pour profiter de la piscine. Logement très bien situé, à deux pas du centre de Saint Vallier de Thiey, au calme. Je reviendrai à l'occasion!

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

Laurie er meget opmærksom og omsorgsfuld. Vi havde regn 2 dage i træk og hun forkælede os med økologisk morgenmad og tur til Eze. Bolig er smuk indrettet med bedårende udsigt fra terrassen. Ligger væk fra centrum på en bakke men gode busforbindelser. En gang til kæmpe tak til Laurie❤️

The house is located in a safe gated street. The house itself is modern and airy, truly wonderful and relaxing with fantastic views over the mountains of Grasse. We met Julian's wife who kindly showed us around the house. They were very responsive and friendly. We had a fabulous time and would come again!

Guter Aufenthalt, die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Es ist ausreichend Platz und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, nur die Betten könnten bequemer sein. Die Lage ist hervorragend für zahlreiche Ausflüge in die Umgebung, vieles auch in kurzer Entfernung, sowohl Strände, als auch Museen und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Appartement ist in städtischer Lage, eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Theater, Feuerwehr und Schwimmbad nebenan. Dadurch ist es natürlich nicht ganz so ruhig, bedingt auch durch einige größere Baustellen in direkter Nähe. Sehr netter Empfang durch Sabrina von Azur KeyGuest, ausgezeichnete Kommunikation. Sehr zu empfehlen.

très bon séjour chez Emmanuel, le logement est très bien placé. vous serez dans un écrin de verdure en plein centre de Juan les pins et à 5 minutes à pieds des commerces. Aussi Emmanuel est très réactif accueillant. nous avons passé un agréable séjour pour un rapport qualité prix imbattable dans le coin.

Alloggio impeccabile, curato nei dettagli e pulitissimo. Fornito di tutto, come essere a casa. Posizione comoda ai mezzi pubblici, in 12 minuti a Cannes sulla Croisette. Nicole a Vale persone gentili e disponibilissime per qualsiasi domanda. Consigliatissimo

Logement idéalement situé au cœur de Juan -les-Pins, propreté impeccable, bon équipement et bon isolement. Une très agréable terrasse abritée avec vue sur la mer toute proche nous a permis de manger dehors en pleines vacances de Noël. Nous avons profité de gentilles attentions à notre arrivée : Bouteille de bienvenue, petites courses pour assurer l'essentiel... Nous sommes vraiment ravis.

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L’appartement est grand et chaleureux. Depuis le balcon, nous avions une vue exceptionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d’avoir accès à la piscine. Maria, Guy et Maini étaient très accueillants et soucieux de répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Het zicht is echt fenomenaal. Je geraakt er niet op uitgekeken! Ook zalig om op het heel grote terras te aperitieven. Alles was in orde en brandschoon. Heel ruim appartement met ruime slaapkamers, badkamer en ruime keuken met alle apparatuur. Een echte aanrader. Een klein minpuntje is het gemis aan wifi, maar goeie 4/5G ontvangst.

A breathtaking view with a beautiful beach right at your doorstep! It is centrally located, with many grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants around. The train station is within a 10-minute walk. The place is well furnished, the kitchen has everything you may need, and the gated parking garage is also included. Frederick is super friendly, very responsive, and arrived on time to personally greet us. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Guillaume à Cannes. Le logement était impeccable, très bien situé, fidèle aux photos et le jacuzzi a vraiment été un atout appréciable. Guillaume a été particulièrement accueillant, à l’écoute et plein de bons conseils pour notre séjour. Nous n’avons pas exploré toutes les activités proposées sur le domaine mais le cadre est magnifique et nous donne très envie de revenir un jour ! Merci encore pour ce week-end parfait !
