Très bel appartement dans une résidence au calme. La piscine est un réel plus et la terrasse est belle et spacieuse. Accueil très sympathique de Roland. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés. Boulangerie, rôtisserie et pizzeria à proximité.

Excellente expérience, comme toujours ! Nous avons séjourné pour la deuxième fois dans cet appartement et, une fois de plus, tout était parfait ! L’appartement est confortable, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Pierre est un hôte exceptionnel, toujours disponible et attentif aux moindres détails pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation très bientôt ! Merci encore pour cette belle expérience.

Nous vous recommandons ++. Des hôtes très sympathiques et avenants. Le logement était parfait avec une vue magnifique. Il ne manquait absolument rien, beaucoup d’attention sur les détails, qui fait la différence. L’environnement est très calme et reposant. La gare se situe à 10 minutes à pied rejoignant les principales villes de la Côte d’Azur (Nice Cannes Fréjus etc) pour trois fois rien ce qui est très pratique (pas de nécessité à prendre la voiture) Foncez !!

Logement bien situé proche de la mer et très bien équipé. Croisette et les commerçants étaient accessibles à pied. Séjour très agréable et notre hôte a toujours été disponible pour toute question.

We had a fantastic stay at this nice place. I would recommend it to anyone. The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We stayed with our children and had everything needed. Angela and Charles are great hosts, respond fast and the communication with them is pleasant and accurate. The location is perfect- 5 min walking from the train station and 2 minutes to the beach. There is a nice view of the blue sea from the window of the living room. Spacious rooms with a lot of natural light, fully equipped kitchen and some extra touches like olive oil, breakfast cereal for the children, toothpaste and brushes, toys and umbrella for the beach. I would like to come back again to Juan Les Pins and Antibes and I would definitely choose this apartment again.

Séjour très agréable, très bien placé pour se déplacer facilement. La communication avec l’hôte était parfaite et très réactive. Merci à elle pour tout, je recommande ce logement.

das studio entsprach genau der beschreibung & fotos. claude/dominique waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. die lage ist sehr gut. man ist in 5 minuten am sentier littorlal. kommen gerne wieder.👌🤗👍

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Tout était conforme à l’annonce, propre et très bien équipé. Beautiful tiny apartment. It was originally a two car garage, which was nicely transformed into an apartment. The bedroom is one car and the kitchen the other car. :-) along them there is a hall with a closet and the toilet alongside the bedroom while the shower alongside the kitchen. The deck outside is fantastic: both the sea and the property house offer great views. We used the kitchen for minimal eating, we walked or drove for dinner-out restaurants with lots of seafood. Lots of walk-able trails in the area as well as short to medium drive time to more trails. My wife and I loved the time here!

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche in Christophe's Wohnung verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Aussicht ist einfach schön. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Dankeschön

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

We and the whole family had a good time. The house was spacious, appropriate for small children. The swimming pool was great for the children. The surrounding area has many places for walks and views. The host was kind.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, cozy apartment in Antibes. The location is perfect—2 minutes from a supermarket, next to a gas station, and walking distance to the beach, pharmacy, and restaurants. The design is beautiful, and the ground-floor garden, where friendly-fancy cats visited each morning, was a lovely touch. The apartment had everything we needed: fast internet, two smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, and spacious closets. Everything felt modern or new, making it a perfect home away from home. Mikko, the owner, was attentive and quick to respond, while Nora, the SUPER host, made sure we had everything for a great stay. There’s absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. It will undoubtedly be our first choice the next time we visit the Côte d’Azur. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la maison de Xavier , nous avons tout adoré : l’emplacement super pratique à côté des commerces et plages , la maison est superbe , j’ai eu un réel coup de cœur pour cette maison ! Fabrice et Xavier ont étaient super réactifs et gentils ! Nous n’aurions pas imaginé être mieux reçus !! Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine avec toute la famille ! Merci encore Fabrice et Xavier

Un emplacement très agréable proche de la promenade des anglais. Le logement est très bien équipé, surtout pour la cuisine : c'est un vrai point positif. Les parents de Céline ont été très accueillants et arrangeants. Merci pour ce séjour, je reviendrai très surement !

Loved staying here!!!! Host was very kind and always available. The room was very clean, large, and absolutely beautiful! The view was spectacular! Great location!!! I would not have wanted to stay anywhere else in all of Cannes.

It is a very beautiful apartment with great view. The street below the apartment is quite happening and well connected. The best part is its a 5 min walk to the promenade.

Le logement était vraiment top : spacieux, propre et parfaitement équipé, il ne manquait rien pour passer un bon séjour. Le vrai plus, c’est la notice très claire pour accéder au logement, avec l’emplacement exact et les instructions précises pour entrer le code. Super pratique ! Le digicode est également un vrai atout, surtout quand on est plusieurs — chacun peut rentrer à son rythme sans avoir besoin de clés. Je recommande sans hésiter ! Et je reviendrais sûrement

Roberto was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. He was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. He had great recommendations, generous amenities, and quick responses to any questions we had. The view and outdoor spaces are unbeatable. We loved having our own little corner of paradise for our stay. The location feels remote and peaceful, but is only a short drive away from many more touristy places. Our family had a wonderful stay at Mathieu and Sophie's beautiful home! They're backyard is a perfect spot to relax under the tree and overlook the ocean. It's also a perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrises. The home is very modern with very high tech controls but able to quickly learn due to their very well written instructions. The ability to play music from their built in speakers was a nice touch. Having a private parking spot was very helpful since we had a car. We loved the neighborhood, close to bakeries, a bocci ball park, and not far from restaurants and shopping. But far away enough from the city center for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thank you to Mathieu and Sophie for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Alloggio pulito, ordinato e ben rifornito. Le foto corrispondono alla realtà. Il patio esterno un piccolo gioiello!!! Si sentivano le onde del mare! L'alloggio è vicino ad un supermercato rifornito di tutto e a due minuti a piedi dal mare con accesso a spiaggia attrezzata o libera. Abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto all'interno della residenza e non abbiamo più avuto la necessità di usarla fino alla partenza. Paca è stato davvero gentilissimo, sia al nostro arrivo che alla partenza. Sicuramente torneremo!!!!
