This perfectly located home, provides easy access to all sites and amenities. On the second floor without elevator, not accessible to people with limited mobility. Located in the city center, 7 min walk from the river, health course, tennis , and at the foot of shops and restaurants. Fully equipped, LV/coffee maker/microwave/oven/TV/sheets and towels provided (bed not made), dishwasher towel, 1 bedroom (bed 140cms), Wc/bathroom. 60 m2 apartment located under our home. In the Ardéchoise nature, possibility to park the vehicle in the courtyard. Independence and comfort assured. Pool not covered and not heated, fenced and common open from May to September depending on the climate. Close to shops, municipal swimming pool, rivers, kayaking, canyoning, climbing, horseback riding, fishing, hiking, mushroom foraging, skiing, via ferrata... Plenty of villages to visit. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.
