What a beautiful home and location. The house is in a cluster of stone homes in this spectacular hill town. Cobblestone paths, beautiful gardens and ancient architecture and history. Pierre was helpful in carting our suitcases through what looks like a Harry Potter village up to our very modern, comfortable house. A unique Provence experience.

Very welcoming, friendly and attentive hosts. Nelson, a lovely golden retriever. The pool is really a plus. Very quiet and very cozy place. The sharing platter they offer is a treat, as well as the homemade olive oil. We recommend this address. We'll be back.

Great spot to stay in the Ardeche! The house is clean and well located between Ruoms and labeume - which are both beautiful! There’s also amazing walks and river swimming spots within 5 mins walk. We stayed 3 nights in Agnes' accommodation. We arrived in a beautiful village with all-stone houses, and the cherry on top was a castle right next door. The village is very quiet and the accommodation is very welcoming and very clean. We did not meet Agnès but she is a super responsive host and we were touched by the little touches upon arrival.

We are delighted with our stay at the sheepfold located in the heart of the beautiful Thines Valley! Philippe is very nice and available. He recommended us very nice walks. If you are looking for an authentic place, peaceful then run fast!!!

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever been to. The accommodation is beautiful, tastefully decorated and warm. I can only recommend it if you want to discover the Ardèche and stay in a spacious, cozy apartment, where you feel really good. The village of Balazuc is beautiful, and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, we enjoyed it. Mary is a great host, responsive and thanks to her everything was easy and chill.

Spacious cottage, very well equipped and decorated, beautiful estate, a shame the weather did not allow us to use the beautiful pool. The videos made by Emma to facilitate our arrival were clear and accurate hence a smooth arrival. The books available to us were particularly appreciated by my mom and our dog was able to participate in our stay!!!! since here dogs are allowed!!! Very good stay, I would highly recommend .

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

very nice apartment, very clean. large bedroom with storage. spotless bathroom. everything has been refurbished. fully-equipped kitchen with lots of dishes and appliances. single-level with a garden. shaded terrace. We had a pleasant stay in this villa in Ardèche! Perfect for 6 people, it is ideally located, making it easy to explore the region and its beautiful landscapes. The house is very well-equipped: a full kitchen, comfortable beds, and spacious and bright common areas. We particularly enjoyed the terrace, ideal for our outdoor meals, and the pool that allowed us to cool off after our days of excursions as well as the petanque court which is a plus! We recommend this villa 100%!

we enjoyed a quiet and very pleasant stay The owners were very friendly, concerned and helpful with cot, high chair and extra umbrella for our child. There are no fixed stairs to the pool, but there will be in the near future. The pool is very nicely maintained and blissful with the warm weather. The accommodation is compact, but enough for two adults and (small) children. There is a beautiful view and you will completely relax there. Thanks Laure and Emmanuel for all the good care! We would definitely come back.
