This house has a beautiful spacious kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a cozy living room. By default, the bedrooms are equipped with luxurious king size beds, but if desired, one of them can be replaced by two children's beds. The living space is large enough to combine with the adjacent 2-person vacation home.

The former ferry house has been completely restored and converted into a vacation home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village Angles-sur-l'Anglin. The house has its own garden, and there is a private beach on the estate. The barque is ready on the river, wonderful swimming in front of the door or further on at the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.
