This spacious studio in on the parlor floor of a brownstone house. It has a high ceiling that gives the feeling of a loft and hardwood floors. Living area has a sofa bed and the sleeping area has two twin XL beds which can be push together to make a kingsize bed. The kitchen area has a dining table and four chairs. The building is quiet. The back looks over the garden. Even though the front looks over the street, the noise is not much in the studio. The neighborhood is safe. Walk to path 15 min.
