This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Time out in the old country

This approx. 50 m² apartment is located in Buxtehude Neuland, right on the edge of the old country. Bicycle trips through the old country or a stroll through the old town of Buxtehude, about 1.3 km away, are possible from here at any time. You can easily get to Hamburg by S-Bahn, which is about 3 km from the apartment. From Finkenwerder you can easily cross with the HVV ferry to the landing bridges. It is about 12 km to Finkenwerder. Shopping facilities can be reached in about 1.5 km.

Im Herzen von Fuhlsbüttel findet ihr in unserem Garten dieses hübsche Gästehaus. Nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Flughafen bietet das Appartement genügend Platz zum Wohlfühlen oder auch Arbeiten. Dank einer Küche habt ihr die Wahl, zwischen Kochen und auswärts essen. Restaurants und das beste Franzbrötchen der Stadt sind in direkter Umgebung. In die Innenstadt gelangt ihr nach 5 Gehminuten zur Bahn mit der U1 in nur 18 oder in nur 10 Minuten ins schöne Eppendorf oder Alster.

Old School Buxtehude Daensen

The 2.5-room apartment was extensively renovated in 2022 and lovingly furnished. It is three stories, with the cozy living and kitchen area on the first floor. On the first floor is the bathroom with a chandelier and a large, freestanding bathtub. On the first floor is the master bedroom, which is equipped with a large double bed and a fold-out sofa. There is a second bathroom on this floor. The second bedroom is in the attic.

Brief description It is a 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of the house, which is only a 2-minute walk from the Elbe hiking trail and 5 minutes from the famous "Willkomm Höft" ship greeting facility.
