In 2020, this stunning villa is hand-carved from a couple hundred year old Karelian sleds. A huge view window gives a spectacular view over the water. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a toilet and sauna facilities Underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, and a fireplace ensure a comfortable temperature all year round. The holiday is crowned by our 6-person outdoor hot tub, big, and avanto. No pets, no smoking. Bed linens 15€/person, final cleaning 120€.

Small log cabin with spectacular lake views. There is an extendable bed (2x80cm) in the cabin, as well as a kitchenette (running cold water). Sheets and towels provided. Electricity. Rent includes private use of a spacious wood burning sauna by the lake, about 2h per day (sauna also used by the owners). You can book your slot at arrival. Access to hot water in sauna (heated by wood). Dry toilet next to the sauna. Use of a rowing boat. Cabin is located 50 meters from the house of the owners.

Modern two room apartment in the third floor of the apartment house build 1930, full renovated 2005. The house is located very close to the lake Höytiäinen. This location offers a peaceful environment for the fried of nature, but also lot of possibilities for different activities direct with a few steps from the house. The is only 100 meters to the beach. In front of the house are passing the nature and mountain bike –tracks witch turn in the winter as a cross country ski trail.

There is also a private toilet and laundry room, as well as a washer. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Cutlery and crockery. Pets are welcome, there is a 10€ fee.

The cottage was very good! There's a Smart TV and Harman /Kardo's Bluetooth speaker, all the supplies in the kitchen, toilet, cleaning, and grill. It's a duplex, but we didn't have a neighbor while we were there. Such a recomendable place!

We enjoyed the holiday there very much. In addition to pure relaxation, there were also plenty of activities that were offered to make the stay as unique as possible. The toboggan run, which is only a few minutes walk away from the house, was a super busy for small and large. With the snowmobile provided, we were able to explore the surroundings and drive through the snowy forests. We had a lot of fun! The highlight was also the ice bathing in the lake after the sauna as well as ice fishing. Many thanks to Arthur and his son for sawing up the hole in the frozen lake😁. Definitely worth an experience! We can only recommend this house from the whole family and assure you they will have a holiday like never before with enough fun and relaxation.

We spent a family Christmas in a clean and cozy cottage that was in a beautiful and peaceful location within convenient distance of Koli's services. The beach sauna for an additional fee was definitely worth the price. Check-in was easy and we felt welcome, Helena had even left us a tree with decorations and a Christmas chocolate!

Pure relaxation, quiet place, but also suitable for remote work. Host Jari and his wife are super friendly and nice and make an effort to make sure you have a nice holiday. Everything you need is available in the accommodation, good shopping is available within a radius of about 10 km. The lake invites you to swim and the sunsets are breathtaking. absolutely lovely cottage, beautiful scenery! a small minus (apparently) from one of the adjacent motorcross (?) tracks where all the sounds of the cottage are clearly heard. the airport didn't bother at all! ☺️

This is an amazing cottage in beautiful surroundings. The house was well-equipped and exactly as described. The hosts were very flexible and accomodating.
