Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Joensuu Arena and other sports halls, Linnunlahti and the services of the city center are all just a few hundred meters' walk away! I provide towels, bed linen and detergents, as well as basic cooking supplies. Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage completed in 2015 by a small river. In the ring of a raft, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue, or outdoor fire. The cottage is located on a small dirt road, in complete privacy. Koli National Park is about. 30min drive, Höytiäinen Beach is just over 2km away.
