Monthly Rentals in Jobos

My family and I have stayed in Haudimar several times, but this is by far our favorite apartment there. The easy access to the pool was great. Javier and Liz's apartment was clean, spacious, and fully stocked. The apartment had beach towels, a cooler, beach toys, beach chairs, and pool noodles. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook, like pots pans, measuring cups, cutting boards, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, etc... There were even staple spices in the cabinets as well as cofee and coffee filters which was awesome because we arrived in the middle of the night and hadn't made a supermartket run yet.The bathrooms were super clean. the towels were nice and thick, and the beds were comfortable. Each bedroom had its own ac unit which was nice because each person could set the temperature to their liking. The bathrooms had hand soap, hand lotion, and there was even soap and small shampoo and conditioners like in a hotel. The owners were very communicative, too.

I enjoyed my stay here at Jobos Beach Apartment #1. The host, Robert, was extremely helpful and prompt in all of his responses. The place was very clean, peaceful and close to all of the areas that I planned to explore and visit. Another major plus was that it was across the street from a few food trucks, a gas station with a convenience store and walking distance to the beach as well as some local establishments for coffee, food, etc. Overall, my experience was lovely. I would definitely book another stay here in the future.

Borikua soul shared café & laughs. he really saved my butt, after sooo many attemps of finding an affordable place sonibcan isit my island. if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be able to visit. the a/c works really great. if you go to Puerto Rico to watch tv, the tv doesnt have local channels so you might want to mirror your cell to the tv. nice water pressure in the shower. I wouldn't recommend this spot if your a big 6'5 300lbs person. for those that read the other reviews: puerto rico is very hot so you will see paint lift on many places on any island. YOUR PAYING VERY CHEAP! if your so ritzy go to a resort. please RESPECT THE ISLAND AND THE CULTURE. YOU ARE THE GUEST.

Amazing place! Sharon is an excellent host. She was communicative, responsive and was so helpful. We stayed on Unit C and this place was cozy, very clean, quiet and accessible. We hope to stay there next time.
