The house is in a very private place, surrounded by nature, singing of birds and something that I have not seen for years, FIREFLIES. Just like the pictures. The wonderful pool, a comfortable and beautiful lining, a cascade of stone with ice-cold water on the side, a delight for the super hot days we caught. Paulo was super cordial, attentive, and easy to communicate. It is well worth staying there. A tip that is always good to pass on, make a purchase with everything so you don't have to go out and stop enjoying the day, as it is a little far from the city center. Ah, just outside the city, going to Paulo's house, has a great market. Thank you so much Paulo for sharing your wonderful space with us. God bless.

Simply charming, both the place and the house. The house corresponds exactly to the photos, all items are in good taste, super complete kitchen, spacious and cozy rooms. We went as 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a highlight of the stay. Delicious, we stayed in the pool every day. We didn't leave the house any day, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another highlight of the trip is the owner Livia, who always responded to us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend it without a doubt!

Fantastic place. The dam location is very beautiful, it has a soccer field and a playground for children practically next to the house. Hot pool, pleasant place, Débora very attentive, whenever I needed. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely return.

It was delicious, impeccable house, everything clean and very well organized. Great location. So far, we're delighted with the view. We loved it too much. Joanópolis is beautiful, we went to the Cachoeira dos Pretos and did Cross buoy… I highly recommend it.

Casa with an amazing view! We used the swimming pool a lot, beach court. All great! The condo looks new and the view from the dam is unbeatable.

At night, the lighting brings a special charm and the cool mountain climate makes everything even more enjoyable. Inside the house, everything is very cozy and well decorated, with a rustic touch full of personality. We truly feel at home! We had great experiences cooking — the kitchen is super equipped and functional, which made the moments at the table even more special. We very much like being in Joanolpolis at the house of Juliana and Gil, a fantastic place that connects us with nature and brings the tranquility and peace of the interior city, it was three pleasant days we made food on the wood stove, it was wonderful,the view from the house is amazing a beautiful sunset I loved staying worth every cent, it has Prox restaurant with everything you need ! One of the best moments of my day was getting carried away by the gentle songs of the birds, creating a natural soundtrack that complements the beauty of the place. The house is extremely cozy, providing a home away from home. A special highlight was the delicious bathtub, where I was able to relax completely while admiring the stunning view of the forest before going down to the stream. It is priceless to be able to enjoy this unique moment, surrounded by nature and rebuilding inner peace. I recommend it to everyone looking for a quiet and refreshing getaway. The house is very bucolic and cozy what made us feel at home. An excellent option to enjoy with family and friends. The host was careful in the guidelines, very cordial and attentive. The site is easy to access and the condominium is very safe.

I was warmly welcomed by the hostess Natalia, the house was impeccably clean, great communication. Also, since I went with a small baby, Natalia was very nice in letting me in before check-in.

The space is even more beautiful than the ad, exceeding all our expectations. It is indeed a captivating place, very well equipped for the cold of Monte Verde, with a heater, many blankets, fireplaces ready to light... we made dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed! It left nothing to be desired, quite the opposite. The space is also very well fenced, our dog was able to roam freely all over the grounds. It will definitely be our first choice if we go back to MV.

I loved the house, huge, simple and cozy space, perfect beds, very comfortable. Impeccable, fragrant and warm bath and bed linen. Very clean house, everything practical. The street is very quiet, very close to the center, you can walk day and night, I felt safe, I didn't take the car out of the garage. The host is great, very friendly, responds quickly. Everything was perfect.

Sensacional has everything, I felt at home, reception staff who delivers the very sympathetic and polite keys tb , the Luciula that and the owner of the house is a very nice, polite and sympathetic person,whatever needs he helps you send people to the place in 10 min.. all the great house and very nice with a magical view....Refrigerators tops line and the outside looks like the house of the snow-white...my family loved it will be back soon; The 42-inch smart TVs in the couple's bedroom and the living room with all the channels and all the platforms , Netflix, Prime, Aple and Max..the restaurants in green hill were in 3 better than the other...one of them Alameda Switzerland and something like that unspeakable good....we'll be back soon .

The stay corresponds to what is in the photo, if you doubt it, it's even better, everything is clean, comfortable beds and very spacious rooms. We cooked on one of the days and the house had all the necessary utensils. We went as 3 couples and 1 child, all of whom enjoyed the stay very much, including the child who loved the swing and the horses on the farm next door, which were very gentle. Diane always responded very quickly to requests.
