Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Jiménez

Spent a few weeks here and the pictures don’t do it justice. The views of the city lights mixed with the mountain ranges were absolutely stunning! Marco was so nice when we met and took me to the store the first day to get some groceries. Cheap Ubers to downtown San Jose, and eventually , I figured out the bus routes which was even cheaper to get around. The house is fully equipped for long stays and will definitely be coming back.

This place is really awesome I highly recommend it if you are planning to stay near the Irazu volcano. The place has great views that you can basically see most of San Jose and Cartago if there are no clouds. Maria Laura was very responsive and she even gave us tortillas de queso! I really liked the jacuzzi but keep in mind that Chicua is generally cold so be prepared with good sweaters. Also, there are heaters in the room to keep you warm at night. I would definitely stay in this place again!

A great house, it had much more than we expected, my 12-year-old son says it's the best we've been to, Uber Eats available and fast, the best thing is that it's in SJ and as other reviews say the heated pool is a 100

Communication with the host was excellent. Very helpful and responsive. The cabin was great. Kitchen well stocked. Bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful. Note that the 5:30 am morning sun comes in and the animals get up that early. If you want to sleep in, bring eye covers and ear plugs. We had a lovely breakfast on the porch looking at the volcano. Overall, it was a good stay.

We are already regular customers and could come back a thousand times more, it is one of the most complete and comfortable Airbnbs we have visited, nothing is missing, definitely Kevin thought of everything and more

The stay at Wendy's place exceeded our expectations. We love wildlife photography and this place has it all. Patrick took us on a hike on their private rainforest, where we were able to see frogs, sloths, monkeys, toucans, blue morpho butterfly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, served outside on one of their pavilions in the garden. While we were having breakfast the macaws visited the garden and we were able to count 16 of them at one time. It was truly amazing!!!! Wendy and Patrick are kind, friendly and helpful, we will definitely consider staying here again.

An immaculate an beautifully furnished home away from home. Conveniently close to the airport and easily accessible. Heidi was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this lovely unit for your vacation stay!

I couldn’t expect any better. Martinique went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasurable as possible. Fully equipped with everything you need so cozy great decor. The location is good, the condominium is nice, Communication with Stefanny was excellent, there were some little things that were not right but Stefanny and her team fixed what was wrong with a lot of effort and hard work

Great mountain cabin at about 2700 m in scenic surroundings. In the immediate vicinity of the hike to the Turrialba volcano. Costa Rica is very different, i.e. it needs a fleece jacket in the evening when it cools down to just under 10 degrees. For this you can then sit in the living room by the fire in front of an open fireplace. We felt very comfortable!

Spectacular, perfect to spend time quietly and away from everything. Easy to get to, the house is very spacious, clean and with everything it said in the descriptions. There is a restaurant and grocery stores nearby. 100% recommended.

We really liked the place, excellent for feeling close to nature and disconnecting a little from everyday life. Tomás was super attentive and communicative, we look forward to returning soon.

Sublime, new and very clean place. The quality of the facilities was impeccable. We made a bbq on wood fire at sunset and visited the coffee plantation. I'd definitely go back.

A beautiful place to enjoy the tranquility of nature. I really enjoyed the rustic cabin that was well equipped for my stay. Tito was very helpful and friendly, whilst also respecting my privacy. He made a bonfire for me to enjoy under the stars on my last night. It was fun to meet all the animals too. Thank you, I will return if I get the chance! :)

Beautiful stay! Incredible views, lots of fruit trees around! Enjoyed watching birds from the wonderful Terrace and taking scenic drives around the area.
