Very nice loft style apartment with really big windows and a beautiful balcony overlooking the entire city with view of the mountains in the background as long as you look for the name of the building, you will be OK

The owners spared no expense in the luxurious vibe created in this unit. The space and views allowed from the lighting of the sun this sets this condo unit apart from all the rest. I surely will be booking here again I felt like we was in a nice suite along with amazing amenities at the Nucleo towers.

Enjoyed staying at Jorge’s place! Nice, quiet area with plenty of amenities with easy access. The place looks just like the pictures and the view from the balcony is nice. Will stay here again when I visit CR!

This place was clean and comfortable. If you’re looking to go to the closest national park it’s about 30 minutes. Airbnb is about 20 min from airport. The host was super responsive. Some food spots across the street. Very tight security I love that. Uber is very accessible.

La vista es espectacular! El ruido de la ciudad es algo que hay que considerar, pero ya estaba en la descripción y estábamos preparados. Por lo demás, nos encantó la decoración y vista del apartamento!

We had a great time in San Jose and felt at home in the apartment. It was the ideal location for us. We felt very comfortable and safe because it was a secured location with security guards. Having a designated parking spot made it easier to go back and forth without worrying about finding a parking spot. Additionally, the complex is located across from a supermarket so it was easy for us to walk and get groceries. It is located within walking distance to multiple restaurants so we didn’t need to drive for dining. The view overlooking the city from the balcony was amazing. Javier was a great host and I strongly recommend their Airbnb as a preferred place.

This is is a great building with amazing amenities and it is in a location that has many restaurants and bars that are walkable. The apartment is good for a family and we were comfortable with all the things we needed. The outdoor deck provides a lot of extra space and it's perfect to sit outside at night. As other reviews state, there is a metro train that goes by starting pretty early, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper! The coworking space is nice and active as there seem to be a fair amount of digital nomads staying in the building. The staff was helpful also and we really enjoyed our stay.

This type of apartment is exactly what we consider ideal for long stays. The apartment is brand new, with all new items and plenty of comfort—from the bed and shower to the living room and kitchen. The condominium offers great amenities, such as a gym, swimming pool, game room, and an excellent coworking space with fast internet. The host was always very helpful, assisting us with everything we needed and answering all our questions. The location is also excellent: there is a supermarket very close by, several restaurants right across from the building, and a park just a few minutes’ walk away. The parking garage is great, and Uber arrives quickly, making it easy to get to the city center. In short, the apartment’s structure and everything it offers stand out. I hope all my future long stays on Airbnb are as good as this one.

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I to stay in for a night. Clean, modern, and located in a safe and quiet but fun neighborhood, it offered us everything we needed. Check in and out was super easy, and Carlos was a helpful and responsive host.

Die Wohnung war super schön, mit einer tollen Aussicht und in einem grossartigen Quartier voller Möglichkeiten. Alles war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Karla, unsere Gastgeberin: Sie war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat immer schnell geantwortet und uns bei unseren Plänen unterstützt, wo sie nur konnte. Dank ihrer herzlichen Art haben wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich wärmstens empfehlen – einfach top!

The view from this apartment is the most attractive feature. From the master bedroom, to the kitchen, living room, and the balcony, you have the most amazing views of San Jose. The lights at night are incredible. The windows open with ease allowing for a nice breeze throughout the apartment. No air conditioning necessary. The apartment had everything one needs to live comfortably. Within a short walk are many great restaurants, shopping outlets, and grocery stores. I recommend the Italian restaurant nearby. The unit was very clean. If you're a light sleeper, simply bring earplugs as the building is located near a busy street. personally, I slept well as I am used to the sounds of the city. There is access to a fitness area, hot tub, and a sauna. I loved the sauna. The hosts were so awesome with their response times and kindness. They were always helpful and friendly. I had the greatest time during my stay and I will gladly be back in this Airbnb again soon. Thanks so much!
