Incredible hosts. There’s a cat that lives outside the building, she’s territorial at first, just give her treats and she will love you forever. Location is great, walking distance from Train Station, lots of local restaurants, gyms, laundry, cafe, tea. Will be returning. Great for short & longterm stays. Wifi can go in and out, I still was able to work in the building though!

The accommodation is spacious, very clean and has a wonderful sea view. On the other hand, as foreigners, we have not been able to rent a scooter, and buses to the city center or the Night Market are rare and stop early. So we had to walk for more than 1 hour to get back to the listing. We also had to communicate through another platform with the housekeeper who was hosting us, but she only speaks Chinese, which made communication difficult, even by message. She asked us to speak Chinese when we didn't speak English with her. She also didn't think about translating our messages as we did with her own. A quick tip if you're an international guest: Be sure to check with the host that the reservation address is correct, as Airbnb's automatic translation may be inaccurate. We truly appreciated Sofia's apartment. It was generously sized for two people, allowing each of us to have our own bathroom. The interior was thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the apartment was impeccably clean, well-organized, and looked exactly like the pictures. Sofia welcomed us warmly and explained how to use the elevator dongle and the door code. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. There were also numerous restaurants within walking distance, and the beach was only about 8 minutes away. We were especially grateful for Sofia's flexibility with the check-out process. Since we had to travel to Taipei for work on short notice, she was very accommodating and allowed us to check out earlier than originally planned. A great place for our family of 6 to stay at Viola’s condo. So close to seashore & night market! The interior of the condo is new & clean and very roomy! Viola is a great communicator! Thank you viola that you make things easy for our stay!

The host is very friendly, the housing space is large, overall cozy, suitable for friends or family to come together, I feel that I can play board games all night😂, I can also cook my own meals, but there are not many beds ~

I had a great stay at this apartment, after making it inside. I couldn't find it at first, but that was because airbnb's English translation of the message did not include the address, even though it was there in the original message! Because of this, I was actually brought there by the owner via car and shown inside in person, which was absolutely top notch service and super helpful. Just how kind, responsive and helpful the owner is not only in person but also via messages would have me recommend this place, but aside of that it's also just generally a nice place to stay. Shower is good, bed is a bit stiff but I did sleep well and this is the only place I have stayed in the entire country where there was an installation to make the tap water drinkable, which was nice. Close to the station, very kind host and just overall good for the few days you need to explore Hualien. I was even offered to go swimming in the mountains together, but didn't have my swimming gear with me. 5/5

The homeowner himself is an interior designer who used the studio upstairs as an accommodation space and was attracted to the interior as soon as he entered, which turned out to be called "interior design".The owner was warm and friendly and offered to help us with our suitcases, the room was comfortable, the bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom space was huge, and even the oversized bathtub, loved it overall and was very satisfied.

Miss Sofia was kind and gracious throughout my extended stay in the apartment. She responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion, always maintaining a courteous demeanor.

Because I wanted to change the listing, the host took the initiative to ask customer service to change it. It was a great and patient host. The self check-in experience was always smooth, fast and private. Although it was not as elegant as a hotel, it was neat, clean and warm enough!

We came to Hualien for a week and really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.The apartment is clean and tidy, the space is very spacious, bright and airy, and the overall quality is very good.We like its location, very convenient, train station, restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores are all very close, we can walk to many places we want to go.Each room has its own air conditioning and fan, plus a high ceiling, making it feel cool and comfortable.All appliances, including the washing machine, are very easy to use.Before coming to Hualien, we were a little worried that the humid air would make it difficult to dry the washed clothes, but hanging the clothes on the back balcony, there is always a refreshing breeze, and the clothes are quickly dried.The apartment is in a safe and quiet residential area.The host was very kind and considerate, making our Hualien trip especially enjoyable.This is one of the best places we've stayed in recent years.Highly recommended, will definitely stay here again next time I come to Hualien!

Very good place to stay in Hualien, apartment is spacious, with big living room and big dining table. The host is very helpful and has a no-problem approach. Apartment is not the newest but its well kept and maintained. AC works very well, there is also water filter and bottled water provided by the host.

Very well furnished with quality furniture, impeccably clean and well kept. Functional living spaces for families and groups with large living and dining area. Located on the fourth floor without lifts, so not for those with mobility issues or heavy/large luggage

Wonderful hosts!!! . We were there during the earthquake and they checked immediately that we were ok. They then brought snacks for our long trip due to road closures. Very thoughtful! The place is a great place to stay. Very convenient and the beds are so comfortable. Thank you!

Thanks to Ivy for everything, there is no elevator on the 5th floor, and Ivy will check if it can be accepted before charging rent.Once you enter the door, you will see the card and snacks prepared by ivy. There will also be food guides nearby on the table. Each room is very comfortable and cozy. Thank you Ivy for your thoughtfulness. We had a great time these few days.
