Host was very responsive and helpful. Clean and spacious room. Very open so limited privacy for a larger group but nice space. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to Taroko National Park.

We stayed for 2 nights whilst exploring Toroko Gorge and Hualien. The accommodation was easy find and very close to Toroko Gorge. The cabin was simple but perfect for our needs. Our hosts were so friendly, kind and thoughtful. We stayed with our 2 small boys who loved the cabin and being able to run outside. Would certainly recommend.

Lovely spot even with some typhoon damage. The host is a delight and goes the extra mile to make the guests comfortable from an evening fire, extra quilt, and ride to and from the local seafood restaurant. The room is cozy and very clean with a private bathroom and ability to hear and see the ocean from the room. Great experience!

This time there were a total of ten people and the room was very clean Datong!It is very suitable for everyone to talk together, and my friends love it ~ The room is also bigger than I imagined, and it is very comfortable for everyone to live in. (Note: There is a bathroom in the building, and there is also a common area on the first floor, and the air conditioning is large enough for us to blow.)

Wonderful stay, very helpful and nice host, very clean and visually absolut adorable designed flat! We can recommend it 100%!!! We had three awesome nights staying at House of Arome. The Aroma-picking right when we arrived was for sure a wonderful plus to our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and we got a lot of really nice recommendations (such as coffees, restaurants and trails) from the lovely host Ann. We‘d recommend to have a car or scooter but we walked everything and was just fine :). We‘d come back anytime! Thank you Ann (and Family) for being such great hosts 🙏🏼

French lighting feels like home, and the host was very considerate and had a nutritious breakfast every morning.Located in the heart of Hualien city city center, it is close to everything you need to go.The room is beautiful, no matter the lights, the desk, and the cabinet are very thoughtful, and every little nook is very comfortable.Highly recommended!

The boss is a couple, very kind and enthusiastic, and invited me to dinner after check-in. After dinner, I also booked my ticket and planned my trip. Very careful, thank you very much for the boss's hospitality. I will choose again the next time I have the opportunity. I also hope to see guests with reviews. Don't hesitate to choose No. 22 by the river, a great experience.

7 years of hosting but we are the first visitors from the Philippines! Was super excited because no one talks about Taiwan's countryside. Ms Sayun and Uncle picked us up at Fenglin station. There are two bikes free to use to explore the town itself and neighboring towns! Free breakfast was delicious and was always packed. When it was time to go home Uncle drove us to the station for free. I definitely enjoyed my stay with them. This was such a unique experience because I know how everyone loves the city but staying here definitely healed my soul and pushed me to explore new places. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was spacious, the overall ambiance was cozy and safe. It gets really quiet at night so if you are used to the city, take note of that! Don't be shy to ask because Ms Sayun and Uncle can communicate with english also! They have become Taiwanese countryside family.
