Staying here was the best part of our trip so far. Beautiful and everything within access. It was a breeze and had no difficulties. The host was really helpful and understanding. I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you!

O apartamento é ótimo com dois quartos espaçosos é muito confortáveis. Estava muito limpo e é muito silencioso. Próximo da estação de trem para deslocamento a pé ou com Vaporetto. Elda é muito atenciosa e rápida nas trocas de mensagens, além de se preocupar com mínimos detalhes no apartamento como ter café, torradas, geleias e itens de limpeza pessoal. Agradecemos muito!

Das Penthaus ist wirklich sehr schön. Es ist total zentral gelegen. Zur Fußgängerzone ist es nur eine Querstraße. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Es gibt einen Parkplatz für das Auto. Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock und einfach toll. Sie hat zwei riesige Terrassen, eine für morgens und eine für abends. Zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Wunderbar geeignet für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. wir haben uns wir zuhause gefühlt. Cecilia war immer erreichbar und sehr nett. ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Viel besser geht es nicht.

Es war hervorragend, alles wie beschrieben und sogar noch mehr Ausstattung als in der Beschreibung. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden aufgrund der Sauberkeit und des Preis Leistung Verhältnis definitiv wieder kommen. Perfekte Lage und im Haus selber sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. 10/10!

appartamento in una zona molto comoda per raggiungere Venezia in bus. nelle immediate vicinanze supermercato, pizzerie e mc donalds. consiglio come appoggio per Venezia. appartamento ampio e dotato di tutto il necessario. ci sono stato una notte con la famiglia. un bambino di 10 e una di 7 anni. appartamento al quarto piano senza ascensore

Our stay is Rovigo was wonderful. The place exceeded our expectations. Rodolfo was a wonderful host and helped us even after we left and realized we had forgotten something in the building. He responded immediately to our message and helped us figure out where we left our package. He was extremely kind and flexible with our schedule. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Rovigo.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben, hat eine tolle Lage zum Strand (3 min zu Fuß) und in die Altstadt von Grado (10 min zu Fuß). Auch für unseren Hund hat es super gepasst. Für unsere Bedürfnisse sicher die beste Unterkunft, in der wir in Grado bisher waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Carlotta und Luca!

Alberto è stato un host gentilissimo e disponibile fin dal primo messaggio. Non c'è stato nemmeno bisogno di contattarlo più di tanto in quanto mi ha fornito subito tutti i dettagli sul come accedere/lasciare l'appartamento. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trovato un bellissimo appartamento fornito di qualsiasi comodità, tranquillo e anche profumato (ce ne si accorge non appena si entra dalla porta d'ingresso). Spazi non grandissimi ma più che sufficienti anche per un'intera famiglia visto la presenza di due camere da letto e un divano letto. Abbiamo trovato veramente comodo l'avere uno spazio interno dove poter lasciare l'auto nonostante comunque di fronte e vicino alla casa ci siano parcheggi gratuiti. Consigliato se volete passare una o più notti in tranquillità per esplorare poi di giorno le zone nei dintorni di Gonars!

Emplacement exceptionnel : vue imprenable sur la lagune, au calme, en face d'un arrêt de vaporetto... Beau et pratique à la fois. Très grande réactivité de Luigi, toujours à l'écoute et attentif : un grand merci ! Nous sommes venus 5 jours à 7 (avec nos 5 enfants de 13 à 23 ans) et nous avons passés un séjour merveilleux à partir de ce logement. Logement bien chauffé (important en décembre !) et eau chaude en quantité, parfait. Un seul bémol : la machine à laver annoncée dans le descriptif n'était pas fonctionnelle et a fait sauter l'électricité. Dommage car nous avions prévu une lessive sur place... On pourrait aussi attendre un peu plus de vaisselle pour 7. Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir à l'occasion, nous l'espérons ! Nous recommandons.

Un soggiorno breve ma molto piacevole a casa di Pietro. Appartamento molto confortevole e spazioso, curato in ogni dettaglio. Sistemazione ideale per una famiglia di 4 persone. Venezia è proprio accanto. Padroni di casa gentili e disponibili. Un'esperienza di soggiorno davvero piacevole. Mi piacerebbe molto tornarci! Grazie!

Un buen sitio para quedarse mientras visitas Chioggia. Céntrica, y fácil de llegar desde el autobús o el Vaporetto. No tiene ascensor, pero solo es un tramo de escalera, se llega fácil y la casa es cómoda. Merece la pena además la pizzería de abajo. Estuvieron atentas y solucionaron rápido un problema con la calefacción.

Everything was super. It is close to the beach and to the shops/restaurants, we got sun-umbrella, Caribe Bay is a few mins walk only. Luisa is very kind and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

L'alloggio di Marco è comodo e confortevole. Posto auto all'interno della proprietà con possibilità di ricarica elettrica. Giardino con tavolo e sedie, per un pranzo all'aperto. Si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi il supermercato. Da visitare Adria, Chioggia con la possibilità di un Traghetto per Venezia.

The apartment is in a very quiet and safe place, you have a closed parking lot. The Appartment is very comfortable with 2 bathrooms, it is good for a large family. When you come here, you will feel comfortable.

A great flat for our two families! We had enough space for 4 adults and 2 Kids. Alvise and Maria were very friendly and welcoming and discreet. The place was clean and very quiet. Well equipped kitchen even with fresh and spare kitchen towels. It is a peaceful location, close to the sea and just a Vaporetto ride away from Venice.

This is a great location - a little outside all the very crowded areas so you can have some peace and quiet at night, but not too far either. Very nice place to stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a due passi dalla stazione, che permette di raggiungere Venezia in pochi minuti, senza stress e senza dover prendere l’auto. Le camere erano pulite, confortevoli e ben attrezzate, ideali per un soggiorno rilassante dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare la città. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Nei dintorni ci sono diverse opzioni per mangiare, tra pizzerie, bar e ristoranti, rendendo ancora più comoda la permanenza. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente, soprattutto considerando la vicinanza a Venezia. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia visitare la città senza rinunciare alla comodità e a un soggiorno piacevole!

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Olivia and Andre were fantastic hosts! Our inbound flight was delayed, but they were flexible in getting us checked in on a holiday. The Palazzo was beautiful and very walkable with easy access to the Train Station, boats, etc. Would definitely stay here again!
