Great apartament, I have been to Venice 6 times before and I can say this is one of the best apartments I have stayed in. You have a full street of bars and restaurant close by. Great neighbourhood. It is a 30 min walk to San Marco, but you can take a waterboat if necesary.

We (2 adults) traveled with 2 toddlers, and the place was perfect for us. Everything (ice cream places, restaurants, beach, playgrounds, grocery stores) are within a few minutes walking, and the apartment is spacious and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

apartment in a very convenient area to reach Venice by bus. In the immediate vicinity supermarket, pizzerias and McDonalds. Our stay is Rovigo was wonderful. The place exceeded our expectations. Rodolfo was a wonderful host and helped us even after we left and realized we had forgotten something in the building. He responded immediately to our message and helped us figure out where we left our package. He was extremely kind and flexible with our schedule. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Rovigo.

We were received in a very friendly manner and had a very nice stay. The apartment is as described, has a great location to the beach (3 min walk) and to the old town of Grado (10 min walk). It was also a great fit for our dog. For our needs certainly the best place we've been to in Grado so far. We will be happy to come back. Thank you Carlotta and Luca!

Alberto was a very kind and helpful host from the first message. There was no need to contact him much as he immediately provided me with all the details on how to access/leave the apartment. My girlfriend and I found a beautiful apartment equipped with every comfort, quiet and even fragrant (you notice it as soon as you enter through the front door). Spaces not very large but more than enough even for a whole family given the presence of two bedrooms and a sofa bed. We found it really convenient to have an indoor space where we could leave the car, despite the fact that there are free parking spaces in front of and near the house. Recommended if you want to spend one or more nights in peace and then explore the areas around Gonars during the day!

The location was private near a beautiful park and away from tourist areas, a plus for Venice. The beds were comfy and the entire apartment very clean. We were also able to enjoy the private garden in the back. There were also a couple of small stores nearby that the locals used for produce and other household goods, which helps enhance the living experience. We would love to stay again.

A good place to stay while you visit Chioggia. Central, and easy to get to from the bus or the Vaporetto. It does not have an elevator, but it is only a flight of stairs, easy reach and the house is comfortable. The downstairs pizzeria is also worth it. They were attentive and quickly fixed an issue with the heater.

Everything was super. It is close to the beach and to the shops/restaurants, we got sun-umbrella, Caribe Bay is a few mins walk only. Luisa is very kind and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

Marco's place is comfortable and comfortable. Parking space inside the property with the possibility of electric charging. Garden with table and chairs, for an outdoor lunch. You can easily walk to the supermarket. To visit Adria, Chioggia with the possibility of a Ferry to Venice.

The apartment is in a very quiet and safe place, you have a closed parking lot. The Appartment is very comfortable with 2 bathrooms, it is good for a large family. When you come here, you will feel comfortable.

A great flat for our two families! We had enough space for 4 adults and 2 Kids. Alvise and Maria were very friendly and welcoming and discreet. The place was clean and very quiet. Well equipped kitchen even with fresh and spare kitchen towels. It is a peaceful location, close to the sea and just a Vaporetto ride away from Venice.

This is a great location - a little outside all the very crowded areas so you can have some peace and quiet at night, but not too far either. Very nice place to stay!

We stayed at this hotel in 6 and had a great time! The location is simply perfect: a stone's throw from the station, which allows you to reach Venice in a few minutes, without stress and without having to take the car. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped, ideal for a relaxing stay after a day exploring the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nearby there are several options for eating, including pizzerias, bars and restaurants, making the stay even more comfortable. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the proximity to Venice. We absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit the city without giving up comfort and a pleasant stay!

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Olivia and Andre were fantastic hosts! Our inbound flight was delayed, but they were flexible in getting us checked in on a holiday. The Palazzo was beautiful and very walkable with easy access to the Train Station, boats, etc. Would definitely stay here again!
