Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Jersey Shore

This apartment in Newark was quite the surprise to me! It had plenty of space, lots of amenities, and was in the heart of the bustling Ironbound neighborhood, which I learned is a Portuguese enclave of sorts with lots of Portuguese restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. For me, it was also great being just a 10 min skateboard ride from the bus to EWR and 15 mins from PATH/NJ Transit, so very well connected. I also felt very safe in this rental because it was only accessible from the back via a gate and also was in a very family oriented neighborhood.

Cute little first floor unit with a few small stairs to get in. Away from the attractions so you aren't tempted, but close enough to get there if you wanted. Decent sized back yard and a cute little deck right off the kitchen. Lots of space for sitting. Just be aware, the driveway apron is a really high angle and the street is very crowned. If you have a standard car and not an SUV you will scrape. I damaged my front bumper on it, but that is my fault for parking in the driveway not Meghans. Based on the previous reviews, and current condition of the place, it really does look like Meghan is making good investments towards the property. I would recommend this unit and return again in the future.

Really enjoyed the stay at the apartment. Location is good especially if you want to save some money when exploring NYC. Bus stop to NYC was just a 2/3 minutes walk away. Sick views of NYC just down the street. Place was extremely clean too, love it!

Dominique was a great host and responded quickly. The home was clean, quiet, and comfortable. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

The place was great! It was very clean, and spacious and having roof access was a plus. The host responded to any matters in a timely manner and was very helpful. If I ever need to stay in Philadelphia again I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful visit over NYE! It was so easy to get the ferry or an Uber to get into NYC. The view from the apartment is fantastic and the apt itself is comfortable. We would definitely stay again ☺️.

Had a great stay. Host were responded to messages very timely and dropped of some extra blankets. Nice calm neighborhood. Nice backyard to relax on. Beds were very comfortable to sleep. Would definitely stay again

The house is wonderful, we did't meet Joseph but communication with him was friendly . We had a great time in North Bergen . The place definitely had everything we needed. The location is great to get into New York City. The bus comes right outside the front of the house and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Times Square. There is a decent market near by and some restaurants near.T We can highly recommend this place.

Mitch was extremely responsive and easily reachable if we ever needed anything from him. He has very clear and easy to follow rules for his house that takes the guessing out of what you can and shouldn’t do. House itself is quite nice, 3 clean bedrooms, all on the second floor, each with their own tvs and ceiling fans. First floor has the kitchen and living room, which are both quite nice. Playing some pool was the highlight of the house for us.

This is our 2nd stay at this air bnb for a birthday getaway. We love it not only because of the hot tub, but because it can fit so many of us! Another perk is that this is one of the few places that doesn’t have a house rule against parties and events but you of course need to be respectful of the house, quiet hours, and neighbors. The host was also very quick in answering all my questions.

We had a group staying for a month which was something he was not used to, but Steve was very accommodating. It was an amazing place to stay and is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, a gym (which was very accommodating by offering a one-month membership), and it was easy to get around the area. It is a phenomenal house, and the cat was great company greeting us when we came home or got up. It was like a home away from home having everything we needed including a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this property and would absolutely look forward to staying there again.

We loved our stay here! The aparment was very clean. It’s located in the perfect location, it’s close to everything you could possibly want to do in Rehoboth. The street is peaceful and close to lots of restauraunts and shops within a couple minutes walk. Amanda was quick to communicate with us and told us everything we needed to know.

Great place, Great location I must have missed when looking for the place that, there was no TV in the master bedroom. However there were 2 other rooms I was able to stay in Otherwise all was good.

Your best bet to explore NY. We happened to spend a long weekend and found Alex’s place just perfect. Its location is amazing, within walking distance to Central Park, many restaurants and supermarkets, and close to the public transport. The room and bed were comfy, and the flat super well equipped which allowed us to cook breakfast and meals. The host was most gracious, instructions were always clear and allowed us to store our bags so we could take advantage of our time in the city. 100% recommended!

The hose was Cosy, we really enjoyed it! The hosts were nice and gave us good recommendations. Great place for a family or anyone looking for a save and peaceful surroundings, but still with a lot of stuff to do around and a great connection to New York

First time in New York and we love the experience! Stay at Philip home in New Jersey, was the best decision! From the house was so easy to travel to New York, we use the bus(walking distance)and the train, nothing else. The view from the room was stunning,priceless! Philip & Gio was so attentive and responsive all the time! Philip & Gio , thank you so much for everything! Recommend it 100%!

we thought Dan,& Diane were great host. Beautiful place and my Dog,and Bird had a wonderful time.The unit was very clean,great AC,and Ice maker. You could not of asked for anything more,the 6 boat slips in front of you, (Private people) were nothing but polite and we enjoyed many conversations with some of them.The large porch with a gate was one of our favorite parts.You can walk to restaurants, Bar, and lots of entertainment. ( Fishing, silver Bullet) We think we would book this place again, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME. It's not real big,( inside) but all you need TV,coffee maker, Toaster,plates,bowls,microwave, and plates,bowls, silverware. I rate the place a 10,and can't wait until we can go back. It’s honestly a great place to stay. The only issue is parking. Definitely gotta make time and plan that out . Other then that perfect stay 👌
