Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Charming guest house with many designer elements in a park like setting. Drenched with lots of natural light (5 skylights!) and filled with all the things you need! Only minutes from downtown Princeton! This is part of a lovely estate that dates back to the 1700s. We live in the main building and are here to help if you need us! Studio Apartment in Attractive Sylvan Setting

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

The Roost, Strawbale Construction

You will be staying in picturesque Northern Bucks County in a Strawbale constructed home. We are located on 25 acres with a 4 acre organic orchard. Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.

Studio Over the Creek

Set in a bucolic backdrop, the studio is 1/2 mile from historic Carversville village, which hasn’t changed since the 1800's. Perched high above a gurgling creek, surrounded by woods, we are situated on a secluded tree-lined road that is extremely popular for walkers, runners and bikers. Rock in the motion chair on the deck while sipping coffee; enjoy the peacefulness and spectacular view. The towns of New Hope, Lambertville, Stockton, Lahaska and Doylestown are just a short drive away.

Bala Farm Cottage - 2 miles from West Chester

Bala Farm Cottage is a wonderfully cozy stone cottage, located less than 3 miles from the center of West Chester, on a hilltop in a quiet neighborhood. It has a charming study downstairs with a bay window looking out towards majestic trees, and an entry hall that ends with a wet bar, equipped with a mini-fridge, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. The original curved staircase leads to the upstairs bedroom with queen bed and a spacious bathroom. You'll love your stay in the Cottage!

Peaceful Guesthouse

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

In addition to the beaches, Abbie Homes Estate, local breweries, wineries, and golf courses are within minutes of the Shore Cottage. Situated in a centrally located neighborhood, kick back and experience all that the shore has to offer.

New Complete-Living 2-Bedroom Cottage

Minimum age renter 21 / ID Verified; NO PETS. Renter must stay for rental duration. Two miles from Longwood Gardens and six from Winterthur and Brandywine River museums, the apartment is ideally located for exploring Brandywine Valley sites and historic Kennett Square. Situated in a garden with views of a wildflower meadow and horses, it offers a spacious bedroom and bath, cozy kitchen/living combo and washer/dryer. It is modern, super clean, comfortable, and private--an idyllic country escape.
