Private suite vacation rentals in Jersey Shore

Stayed here for easy access to Media and Swarthmore by car. I found everything as listed, plus many thoughtful touches I was not expecting (charging cords for all phone types! binoculars for bird watching!). It was clear the hosts have put a great deal of thought into crafting a functional and welcoming space for guests. We found the space very private even though attached to the hosts' home. The hosts do ask that guests respect their work schedule (someone sleeps during the day, works night shifts) so we did modulate our activities slightly to be respectful and quieter during the day. This did not impair our enjoyment of the space!

This is my 7th time staying at Jennifer’s gorgeous home. I come to LB every year and ALWAYS stay here- I can’t give a higher recommendation than that. I am excited to return next year!

John (or Don) and Cheryl had a very beautiful upscale guest house and took measures to make sure everything needed was available. Hard boiled eggs and muffins in the fridge were a great idea especially after traveling a distance. A guest book is on the desk to share your experiences and read other's too. We weren't able to stay longer but our stay was fun. 😊

Donna was an exceptional host and is an amazing space efficient decorator! She had everything we needed and then some. Would definitely stay again if back in the area!

Wonderful!!! Lots of space and every comfort. Gorgeous private yard. Easy walk to Brooklyn’s cutest restaurants, prettiest parks, and convenient subway stops. Host was very accommodating on check-in and check-out times. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Jordan's place while visiting a friend in nearby Cherry Hill. Next time I come to visit, I will definitely be checking to see if Jordan's is available again! The suite was super clean, I was impressed with all of the amenities (loofahs! hair conditioner! an iron!!), and it was so quiet and peaceful, which was perfect after spending all day running around Philly and NJ! I even saw a turkey in the back yard on my last day! Jordan was a great host - the instructions for self check in were super clear, the house rules were reasonable, the internet was fast, and Jordan invited me to sit in the yard, which was just so kind. If you're thinking about this place, grab it before someone else does! Jordan has clearly put lots of thought and consideration into hosting, and I really appreciated it.

This is a really nice Airbnb, and Chris and Mark are superb hosts. I would rate it 4.5 stars. It's in a lovely neighborhood. The yard is beautiful and lovingly landscaped. If the weather is nice, take a walk down to the end of the street and enjoy the paved path along the creek. The suite is well stocked, nicely furnished, and quite comfortable. It was really clean (and we're quite picky). I would deduct a half star for two factors: One, it does not have its own thermostat, so you need to "bug" your hosts if you want it warmer or cooler. That's OK up to a point, but what do you do after the household is asleep? Two, there's no locking door between the suite and the owners' side of the house. There's just a bi-fold door there. That didn't bother us too much, but it felt a little odd. It might be an issue for someone else. Otherwise, it has tons of positives. Would definitely recommend it!

Loved it. Beautiful spot. Had a small issue with a malfunctioning light and Stuart fixed immediately. 5 stars, would stay again.

This lovingly decorated apartment on Long Beach was the perfect June vacation for my husband and I. The apartment was cozy, well organized (Jackie thought of everything we could possibly need!), and very peaceful. It is well-located, easily in walking distance of a variety of shops and restaurants - no car necessary, as the LIRR is just a short walk away. The beach was amazing to enjoy at all hours of the day, both in the sand and from the boardwalk. I loved my stay here, and would absolutely choose it again!

We needed a place to stay when returning home for a family gathering. Ron and Joy were excellent hosts. Their place was immaculate. Amazing backyard seating area. The apartment was immaculate. Lots of nice touches throughout. Highly recommend.

The host was wonderful and very friendly. The directions were excellent and the room was comfortable, spacious and clean-plus there were a number of amenities, including a Keurig coffee machine, snacks and water. A great stay and I will definitely be back when I’m in the area again! Not to be missed!

Aditya’s place is very clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with convenient parking, which is a nice bonus. Aditya is incredibly friendly and welcoming; her warm hospitality made us feel right at home from the start, and she is very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be recommending this place to our family and friends for their future visits. Thank you Aditya for a wonderful experience!

Harun was very nice, communicative, and responsive. The space was perfect for two people for a couple of days. Peaceful with a sweet patio on the side where we enjoyed our lunch. The off street parking was also helpful.

I had a great time with my loved one I recommend this place to any couple visiting nyc ,it's very comfortable and relaxing, will definitely enjoy it with your significant other.

John was a great host and the property was exactly as described. The one & only downside was that you couldn’t really sleep past 8am with the dogs running around upstairs and that noise really didn’t stop most of the day. Other than that, would definitely recommend!

Robert's place was fantastic for my wife and I. The place was easy to get to from JFK. The surroundings were peaceful and the neighborhood has a lot to eat. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay here was wonderful, beautiful scenery, very peaceful and quiet. The space was extremely comfortable, with a large soft bed, nice furniture and adjustable lighting. I’ve stayed in many bnb’s in Conshohocken, and Li’s is by far the best I’ve been too!

Honestly even more comfortable and spacious than it looked in the pictures- modern central AC and comfortable bed.

Beautiful basement apartment with high end kitchen, bathroom, linens etc. Comfortable, private and quiet which was just what we needed after a long day of driving. Good natural light from two large windows overlooking the large backyard with gorgeous perennial gardens. We were only there for one night so did not get to try the sauna. Highly recommend.

This was my second time staying at Barbara’s place. It’s was exactly what we needed. We had a slight issue on the second night and Barbara was very quick to respond and came to the property within minutes. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hosts. They let me know an event was taking place that involved parking as parking in jersey is very different. very helpful answered all my questions very quick.

This was our second stay at Ehsan’s place. The location is fantastic—just a short stroll from the train station and surrounded by great dining options. The space itself is warm, inviting, and exceptionally peaceful, with thoughtful details like snacks and toiletries. Ehsan is a fantastic host, always providing clear communication and ensuring a seamless experience. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here! We will be back.

I can’t recommend this Kurt’s place enough! The space is beautiful and tucked away in a quiet, clean area near Media. There are two great desks that were perfect for working while traveling. The hosts were accommodating and kind, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Heather was a very gracious hostess. Her messages and the information she provided were clear and helpful. Our accommodations, which felt elegant, were comfortable and roomy as well as clean and just as described. We were grateful for the quiet and peacefulness and were able to relax after our busy days. Loved having coffee and tea readily available and a few liitle treats as well as the things you might want if you were cooking (condiments, cooking oil...). If we find ourselves back in the area again, we will certainly be looking to see if this place is available.
