The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

The space is really beautiful with its pool and gazebo. I felt right at home. We really enjoyed the place and the house. There were four of us. Roberta and her husband were always attentive to every need. I recommend it 100%

We stayed for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was amazing. Perfect for 6 girls to relax, the pool with its view is a 10/10. The kitchen was fully equipped. Hannes was a great host making sure we had all information we needed. Definitely coming back again. My recommendation: pack light and in smaller bags, you have some steps to the house. 😅

Sara is the best host I've ever encountered. Her house is beautiful and the setting is stunning. But, much more than that, Sara's attention, care and kindness were remarkable. She did all the things a good host does, but also went above and beyond to make our stay very special - including welcome pastries and a even a custom cake for a birthday we were celebrating! Truly exceptional.

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes by car from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

The house has a fantastic location between the vineyards of Brissago. The architecture, the interior and the rooms are very beautiful and we liked them very much - we love puristic design. Many details in the house and around it make the house very special. When you sit on the terrace in the evening, grill, the crickets chirp and you look at the lake with a glass of wine - then this atmosphere is something unique - which you cannot buy. Eva - the house fairy - is super friendly and helpful and gave us many tips. Mille Grazie for the lovely stay at Casa Largo. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the place and the old little house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thanks also for the warm welcome and the tips. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Marina’s place. We loved the quiet setting. It was very convenient (only a 10 minute drive to the station in Somma) to take the train to Milan for a day of sightseeing. And it was so nice to leave the city behind at the end of the day and return to the bird song and horse whinnies at Marina’s place. The apartment has a well supplied kitchen. We were surprised and pleased with the milk, juice, bread, eggs and sparkling water and more for us to enjoy. Beds are comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out. We appreciated Marina’s advice and support when we had questions. We would love to return someday.

There were two of us at The Lake for a week and it was a very nice time. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is super comfortable, the air conditioning works great. The garden with a hot tub is cozy. I had concerns at first because it is laid out with artificial turf, but this is high-quality and does not feel strange. The house is next to a railway embankment, but that doesn't bother you, there are only a few trains and they are very slow. With the windows closed, you can't hear anything about it. The street where the house is located is also not very busy. The decor is very modern and tidy overall. There is information material about nearby places and attractions - we had a very clear plan of what we wanted to do, but for those who are spontaneous, it is certainly helpful. Mirko was also immediately on hand if there were any questions or a problem. We felt very comfortable and would stay here again at any time.

The apartment was actually much more beautiful than shown in the pictures. Giada has really thought of everything, the equipment is lovingly selected, nothing is missing. Everything is spotless and stylishly furnished. The arrival was well prepared and Giada is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had almost only rainy days, so we were all the more pleased about the mega beautiful apartment and the hot tub. Unfortunately, the place Marzio is not very lively. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and tranquility, this is the place to be, there are great hiking opportunities. The apartment was the most beautiful accommodation we've ever had. We stayed at Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and designer apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). Everything was tip top - highly recommended!

We were in the apartment for three nights. We enjoyed Emilio and Anna's hospitality. They are warm and friendly hosts despite the difficulty in understanding the language. They sent us to a recommended restaurant, to the nearest supermarket. The apartment is nice, pleasant, clean and tidy. We highly recommend staying there.

The local restaurant is great, the condo is perfect for a couple, and the neighborhood is truly special.

Simona was an incredible host! We stayed at her home in Lake Como for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better place- the house was beautiful with gorgeous mountain views and the area was quiet and peaceful. We took the ferry to get to more tourist-y locations, and Simona was wonderful about giving us recommendations for places to go and things to do both in the town we were staying in and around the lake. The house was clean and she even provided us with a couple of groceries and a pasta recipe. The location in Carate Urio is walkable, but you do have to get used to lots of stairs and walking on the side of roads. There are a couple restaurants and a small market that worked great for what we needed for the week since we traveled to different towns around Lake Como. Once you get used to the ferry system it's so easy to travel as the dock is only a ten minute walk. It was a perfect stay and I would most definitely recommend Simona's Casina delle Rose!

Another great find in Sesto for both work and pleasure. Emanuele's place is ideal for one or two, close enough to everywhere but very well equipped throughout; not to mention some great little treats. I will be returning.

Our stay at Lake Como far exceeded our expectations. There were six of us, and the accommodations were immaculate—beautifully designed with thoughtful, loving details throughout. Our host, Nicola, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I especially loved being just a bit removed from the busier parts of Lake Como—it gave us a sense of peace without sacrificing the view or convenience. The comfort, functionality, and scenery were all next level. If you’re planning a trip to Lake Como, this place is an absolute gem. We were genuinely sad to leave

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect place to stay! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were glad to leave the crowds (late May!) behind and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the street to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, because it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough so that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.
