Cabin vacation rentals in Jenks Lake

Loved our stay! We will be back!! It’s a cute little cabin but feels bigger than the photos. Plenty of room in the loft (with an upstairs patio I didn’t notice from the pics). Perfect for 1 couple, still a solid option for a group of 3/4. Hosts did a great job at paying attention to the details, like having coffee/creamer stocked, extra blankets, and super cute interior design.

Couldn’t have been a more perfect cabin home to shack up in for a cold and snowy weekend. I brought my two pups along and with it being dog friendly, it was clean with no scent either. I love that they still offer this even after seeing a little of what past guest’s dogs did, what a treat! Plus, all appliances were updated, clean, and they supplied more than enough household items (dishes+cups, soap, coffee, etc) The fireplace, backyard, and hot tub were highlights. One of the best ways to celebrate my birthday weekend- would stay again!

Cozy cabin with great views and a large yard. We loved our weekend away as a little family with hiking, boat day, and nearby trails for hiking. Stargazing in the evenings was fantastic. The cabin has all the essentials and comfortable couches and beds. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Truly a stellar stay. This modern A-frame cabin on the lake is beautifully designed and its location can't be beat. It's just a few minutes away from everything Big Bear has to offer, but when you're on the back porch staring out at the lake, you feel a million miles away. Leanne was super-responsive and accommodating, from providing extra paper towels when we needed them to holding onto an amazon package we had delivered until we could come and pick it up. The two videos provided regarding check-in were very helpful, but need a little updating: there aren't any espresso beans provided for the espresso machine (as the video said there would be) and the fireplace pilot needed to be relit manually (in the video, it was already lit). But these are truly minor details. The overall experience was fantastic. Will definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at Paul’s cabin in big bear! The place was spacious and had a lot of amenities!great location with a nice view of the lake and mountains.

This was our first time staying at Christopher’s home, and definitely not the last! This home was perfect! Such a warm, and inviting home. The unbelievable attention to detail in both the gorgeous design of the home as well as the amenities and features of the home were truly spectacular. The beautiful lake views from all bedrooms and the dining room were a wonderful plus! The large deck nestled in the trees was my favorite spot! Could not recommend this place enough and I’m looking forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful stay at Black Rock Cabin! The place is nice, private, and has a beautiful view. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making us feel right at home. It’s in a perfect location with easy access to both Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear. We also appreciated that it’s dog-friendly, which made our trip even better. The cozy atmosphere made it hard to leave we were truly sad to go. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time in big bear. The village was close by also amazing restaurants before heading out to our adventures. The house was right by the lake made it accessible to walk to.

This was the second time we stayed at the Alchemist Retreat! It was even better than the first time. This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at and we will continue to return every year. Jennifer is an amazing host and truly thinks of everything. She will ensure your stay is very smooth and comfortable. This Airbnb holds a special place in our hearts.

Amazing gem of an Airbnb! Please do yourself a favor if you want a beautful cabin getaway in the mountains, and choose this place. It’s only about a 30 minute drive to Big Bear, and a 12 minute drive to Sky Park. Perfect if you want a place to mountain bike in the summer or snowboarding in the winter. It did lose WiFi for about a day, but the cabin has board games that you can play with your significant other and this cabin is really just about unplugging from technology. Amazing experience, highly reccomend!

Tom's place was perfect for our family of four! We will definitely be staying there again.

Josh and Dons place was exactly as the pictures appeared. It was the cleanest and one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at through Airbnb! You will not be disappointed. I appreciated their house manual as well and the food recommendation for the Joshua hookah lounge did not disappoint! We enjoyed the proximity to Joshua tree national park and the quiet atmosphere around the property. Truly a place to relax and disconnect from all the other distractions of life.

great little cabin right up against the tree-line to the San Bernardino National forest. great cabin for a small family. provided a lot of peace and quiet. the cabin is well cared for and the instructions for maintaining it were clear and reasonable. all of the amenities are well cared for and in perfect working order. very friendly and responsive hosts.

We had a great time here. The views are even more stunning in person and if you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet time foraway from the city then this is the perfect place. We loved the modern check-in and check-out process.

My family and I loved the cabin.We are planning going back in July for 3 days we will love to stay there again. Everything was nice and clean. The only thing missing is toddler toys and board game.

This was an wonderful place for a big bear getaway. we had everything we needed and the home was cozy and clean. the projector made movie night a blast and the location was close to everything. With our hosts recommendation we hiked up to casle rock and the views were amazing. we also got to swim in the lake. 10/10 would stay again.

We would love to come back! The cabin was exactly as described - our 16.5 month old son loved walking around in the fenced yard. We loved that the interior was practically baby proof, had a high chair and many details that we could see had been thought about thoroughly. The kitchen and living room were spacious, and our son loved playing with the bath toys. It's great value as the main big bear area was only 14 minutes drive away. The cabin was also easy to find and very clean.

We had such a beautiful stay! Kaitlyn is super responsive and a thoughtful host. The home is thoughtfully decorated, the beds were super comfortable, and the view was peaceful and serene. The location was perfect — close enough to everything we needed, but tucked away just enough to feel like a true escape from our typical LA hustle. We especially loved grilling dinner and relaxing in the hot tub under the stars. A perfect weekend getaway spot!

This was a great place to stay in big bear. It wasn’t too far from the town and only a 10 minute drive to Snow Summit where we had our race. For 7 people, it might be kind of small with only 1 shower, but we made it work. It was nice and cozy. The heater was good and the water was nice and hot. I liked how there was a chess board outside which was really cool. Note: When we arrived, the place wasn’t cleaned up. We notified our host immediately and she got back to us with a solution that resolved our issues. The cleaning lady came by and cleaned it up well, our host gave us a partial refund with the cleaning fee, and an extra night stay which helped us after our race.

If you want an escape the Owls Nest is the best place to run away to! From the moment you walk through the door you feel like you are home. The cozy A Frame cabin is filled with warm light and the scent of the wood truly makes you feel very welcomed. The home really had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We loved that though we felt we were deep in the mountains everything really was just a quick 5 drive away. Our hosts were super kind and friendly and quick to reach out if I had any questions. If you do stay here I really recommend a night time dip in the hot tub as you look up at the stars.

The best Airbnb we ever stayed at. The house was very clean and had everything you need. Trevor was very attentive and we felt very welcomed in his house. The house is minutes away from skiing, tubing, zoo, Big Bear coaster, grocery stores, gas, food etc. We enjoyed the fireplace, Star Wars pinball machine, foosball table and electric board game table. IMPORTANT if arriving during winter/snow season make sure you bring a 4 wheel drive vehicle or chains. Only 3 inches of snow unexpectedly fell during our stay and we saw a few 2 wheel drive vehicles without chains struggling to make it up the street. Please treat this place like your home so others can enjoy it in the future. Thank you for the memories. We will return.
