Whether on foot, by bicycle, public transport, car or a combination of these options, the Erfurt adventure starts here. You want to admire the well-known churches “Erfurter Cathedral” and “Severikirche” from the window of your apartment? A breeze!

Vacation home in the countryside

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a large, bidet shower, infrared cabin and underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The washer-dryer is also integrated in this. The high ceilings and large windows give a great sense of space, which is underlined by modern LED lamps. Dim the rooms or set their light temperature as desired.

We offer relaxing holidays in a beautiful large 50 sqm centrally located first floor apartment in the Art Nouveau house from 1887. This house belongs to a monument ensemble and is inhabited by us as a community of owners. Our house was renovated with a lot of love for detail in 1997.
