It’s very difficult to find a place that looks exactly like the advertised pictures, this was it!. We had only a faulty thermostat in the lower level of that house that was remotely taken care of and in the master bedroom that was promptly repaired, things happens and this is no fault to blame on anyone. Besides this… on my daughters words “Daddy, can we please stay here forever” 😭💕 this is how simply beautiful this house is. My kids did not want to leave, given the chance, I’d permanently rent this house and live here (Hint to the owner). Everything was included, and I mean EVERYTHING 😳. I was here with 5 kids and they loved it. If you are deciding whether or not to choose this house, PICK THIS ONE!!! you will love it! My only regret, we forgot to sign the guest book. 🫤 but we will be back some other time ;-) WE LOVED THIS HOUSE!💕 I’m sure you will too P.S. Novasol simply ROCKS!!! A wonderful apartment with plenty of space and great furnishings. Perfect for families with children, there is a wide range of books and games available for children and adults. The quiet location with a lot of views is excellent. Especially staying with a dog is recommended, as the property is securely fenced. Only the stairs in the apartment are a bit special, where a little more attention is needed with children and dog. All in all, highly recommended, we will be happy to come back!

We used the apartment with two families (2 children and 2 adults each). The sleeping situation was really ideal as we had two large bedrooms and the entire attic. So everyone could sleep in for different lengths of time. The entrance area was really great, just as you would want at home, 8 people can take off their shoes and jackets at the same time. The kitchen equipment was really very good. A second bathroom, at least when used with 8 people, would certainly be the icing on the cake.

We had a wonderful time in this charming vacation home! Everything was very clean, lovingly decorated and perfectly equipped – we didn't miss anything. The quiet location and the terrace and the beautiful view were particularly nice. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back!

The place was very clean and just right for all the people. Nearby are various restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. If you feel the wanderlust, this is also a good starting point. The huge couch and fireplace invite you to chat and the kitchen is superbly equipped. There are enough beds available even if the climb to the top takes some getting used to. But all in all very cozy and modern. We enjoyed the time together very much and can highly recommend Nicole's place.

We had a great stay! The place was really outstanding: the bathroom and beds were sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable. The decor was also very stylish and well thought out. A special highlight was the elevator – we had never experienced anything like this before! It not only made everyday life easier for us, but also provided us with some fun moments. Truly a cool gimmick! Lea, our host, was super friendly and always responded to our questions at lightning speed. 24-hour check-in was extremely convenient and went completely smoothly. We will definitely be happy to come back – highly recommended! 🌟

Lovely place! We had a great time. Isa and her husband were great hosts.

The place was great and really relaxing. Andrea was a great and friendly hostess. The apartment is bigger than it appears in the pictures. The grounds are beautiful and especially recommended for spring and summer.

Bad Sulza is very clear and nothing is more than 20 minutes walk from the property. Also some circular & hiking trails lead along the address of Anja Haus. Good local recreation!

The hut is great for hikes and excursions to reservoirs and many activities. Very quiet and right by the forest to go hiking. .In the cabin there is everything you need. Super fenced for our dogs,which gives extra points;-).

We spent Christmas in this house and were very satisfied. Despite the cool weather, the house was very warm (there is a fireplace and electric heaters), there were no problems with hot water either. Everything is in fine with cleanliness, there is new furniture, although the house itself is not new and slightly shabby. We really enjoyed, except that we were a bit afraid to let the dogs out in the yard unattended, since the territory is not 100% fenced (some holes in the fence). The garden is very cool and atmospheric, several times we saw roe deer passing through it.

What a great place to stay! Super family friendly with swimming pool, playground, foosball table and beautiful garden. Very tastefully restored and furnished! Nice host, always present when you need him. Thank you! Had a good time.

I booked René's place for work colleagues. The booking was quick and straightforward. Communication with René was always quick and very friendly. My colleagues felt comfortable in the apartment and we are more than happy to recommend this place!

Fantastic location! Unfortunately, we were only there one night. The surroundings are simply wonderful. In the apartment, I felt a bit like in a mountain cabin, which I liked very much. A good choice in the area. Communication with Michael was very friendly and straightforward.

A good apartment with everything you could need for a few days stay. we arrived with our dog on a very cold day and found the apartment varm and with easy access and free parking just outside.

We felt very comfortable at Matthias'. Everything was very relaxed and uncomplicated.

We loved this place for the quiet and the hiking and the charming small village. Katharina was friendly and helpful. She picked us up at the train station and showed us some places where we could hike before taking us to the accommodation.

Like last time, we felt very comfortable. :) Everything available, everything clean, quiet nights and cozy after a long day of excursions. The family is super nice and yet you have complete privacy at all times. For us, the perfect place to stay for a getaway.

The cottage is very nice, modern and designed with attention to detail. Everything is very harmonious and offers a great feel-good atmosphere overall. It was all very clean. Communication went smoothly, easily and quickly, and the Nenner family was always very friendly and accommodating. The nearest supermarket and bakery is ideally in 5 minutes. The residential area is very and you can go for great walks. The city center can be reached quickly by car. There is a lot of information in the house about a variety of activities in the area.

We felt very comfortable here and had a wonderful time. We especially liked the selection of books in the apartment as well as in the library below and also fit wonderfully to the literary city of Weimar. We thought the location was good because you just have to go straight for 20 minutes to get downtown. Supermarket was around the corner and a jogging track in the countryside around the other corner. The landlords were attentive as we got a parasol without asking when it was hot on the balcony.
