Enjoy privacy in this beautifully handcrafted cottage with arched ceilings. The cottage is 2 miles from downtown Goshen - a vibrant small town with restaurants and shops. It's 1 mile from Goshen College, 45 minutes from Notre Dame and 25 minutes from the Amish town of Shipshewana. The cottage is beside a fruit, nut and berry orchard and gardens. It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.

Retreat and unplug in a quite country neighborhood in the heart of Amish country. The covered porch overlooks a farm and you can see a great sunset and often wildlife as well. The apartment itself is a walkout basement with a front entrance and large windows overlooking the farm and field across the road. This apartment offers all the comforts of home with two bedrooms, a pullout sofa bed, large kitchen, living room and bathroom. This retreat provides a chance to unplug and do things together.

The Hideaway on Mitchellii Lane

A completely furnished apartment in the basement of our log home (our main residence) on 5 acres of woods above beautiful Shavehead Lake. Entrance into the apartment through a screened in porch and double French doors provides privacy and space to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape. A large egress window allows natural sunlight into the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall from the kitchen/dining room/living room. High speed internet & YouTubeTV provide entertainment options.

Stay in our redecorated entire upstairs level with pass-coded private entry to come and go as you please. Queen bed in the primary bedroom, a double in the second bedroom. (2 cots can be set up for any youth). Full bath with tub and shower, TV room with Kuerig, microwave, mini frig, and back wood’s view. Relax on front porch. Short walk to Fairgrounds and Pumpkin Vine trail. Close by places to eat. Notre Dame is 45 mins away. Shipshewana -40 mins. 60 miles to Lake MI. 3 hr drive to Chicago.

Conveniently located a drive from Warsaw, IN and several smaller towns. Bring nothing to this fully furnished cottage except your clothes and plan for fun. The Serenity Suite is one of two listings to accommodate guests. This suite is a 230 sq ft. tiny house studio apartment created in 2022. A kitchen island with 2 barstools is in the center of the space. This can be used as a sit down eating spot or a dedicated workspace. Welcome to the little stone cottage on beautiful Sylvan Lake. We are located in Rome City, IN. This adorable house, originally built in 1930, was remodeled and completely renovated in 2018. The updated kitchen features tiled backsplash, gas range, oven, and fridge. There is a microwave and Keurig for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small wardrobe for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The bathroom features a tiled shower.
