Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Jefferson County

The Pacific Palace is like nothing you have ever experienced. Such a unique place to stay and explore. Our kids spent most of our time just exploring all the different spaces and treasures for all ages. Definitely recommend!

David's place was wonderful. everything was very clean and was in quiet neighborhood. lots of toys for my kids to play with. was within 15/20 min to everything we wanted to do.

The house was as advertised and worked well for our family. A couple things to note- we were told that check-in time was at 4pm, we arrived at 5:45pm and there was a man in the driveway who was just sort of milling around, he said he had been cleaning the gutters and knew the host by name. I thought it was odd that he would be there when the host knew we were supposed to check in at 4pm, it almost felt as if he was waiting for us to get there. Additionally, later that evening we found out that there was a window in the basement that had been left open. That made me very uneasy since I was traveling with my children. The house was mostly well cleaned but it looked as if the stove had been used and not wiped down. The stair handles were dingy. I wish the host would have left any sort of all purpose cleaner, but I usually try to travel with clorox wipes. Overall it was fine and worked well for us to travel back and forth to the city from.

We were very comfortable in the home, and I was impressed how spotless the home was from top to bottom. Many activities were canceled due to rain and we still enjoyed the trip. We played the board games and cooked as a family in the roomy kitchen. The goat was very friendly. I would book again when we come back to the area. The hot tub was fantastic!

We spent one quick night during our spring break travels. Great versatility of beds for our family that worked well. Great value. Quiet at night. Quick on and off the interstate.

Stayed here with a large group. The lodge was spacious and the provided air matresses, bedding, and pillows were very helpful. The area is secluded and quiet. The road up to the lodge is rough and could stand to be repaved, but it wasn't a hindrance. The kitchen is large and well-stocked, with new appliances and three ovens.

Cathy was a great host! Very easy to communicate with and the BnB was very spacious. I would highly recommend staying with Cathy if you want a great guest experience!

For a quick slice of solitude outside of St. Louis city, this place was perfect! Gorgeous yard and cozy space just a skip away from grocery stores and restaurants. If you’re going to cook however, bring your own salt! If you’re planning to do laundry, bring your own laundry detergent. The home didn’t have these.

Place is very cozy. I’d recommend it in the spring as bug levels are lower and you can sleep with the door from the home to the screened in porch open. Bed is very soft if you prefer that and lots of pillow options. Peaceful location.
