What a wonderful weekend! I surprised my Wife with a weekend getaway for our 30th anniversary. This place did not disappoint. Amy left us a bottle of wine in the fridge with 2 wine glasses, rose pedals on the bed and 2 folded towels in the shape of swans! Beautiful view! Super Clean! Very comfortable and quiet area of the lake! I would give 10 stars if I could!! This property and overall experience is 100% CLASS ACT! Thank you Amy for a wonderful experience!!!

We had a great time as a family...the house is amazing, with two large living areas where everyone can congregate (or separate into two groups!). Jennifer was so kind and helpful. Great to work with. A Wonderful stay! hope we can return someday!

Absolute loved our stay at The Hideaway, and will surely be back to stay here again! Had everything we needed, and the location/views were everything we hoped for. Very peaceful and comfortable. Incredibly communicative and easy to follow instructions from the host - thank you for everything!

We spent 3 weeks at Kit’s rental with views of Lake Desoto and had a fabulous trip! The Host’s communication was thorough and prompt. We appreciated the weather / icy road updates as well as recommendations for things to do in HSV and the surrounding area. The location by the Lake was quiet and i side it felt like home right away. It was very well maintained, clean and clear of clutter. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The deck overlooked a tall tree forested area which was great for bird watching and views of the lake. The grill and hammocks were a great touch. After 5 years of renting different places we plan to return here every year!

Myself and my two kids stayed in their camper. It was just enough room for us to get a good night's sleep while visiting our family in Arkansas. Accessing the key was easy, the camp site is just down the road from the highway and the area is peaceful. Bekah had plenty of towels for us and after living in a camper for a while she was great full to my recommendations for a bathroom fan to reduce moisture and possibly a leaky toilet. The camper still had that new camper smell. Absolutely perfect for 2 people with the bunks for extra storage. Our luggage took up any extra space in front of the door while we slept. A/C kept us cool at night and the little bit of decor was perfect. This would make a great little getaway for a couple. And ducks on the pond to boot! Super cute and cozy.

Stunning Lakefront Condo

I believe that a perfect rating is required, but we got in late, after having car trouble, so it was dark and we really had to search for where we were going. We also realized that we had parking at the end of the building and didn't have to park in the back. I couldn't get in with our door code, but Kevin quickly gave us one to unlock the door. The condo is amazing. We were on the first floor but never heard anyone above us. It was very quiet and peaceful to sleep and then enjoy the daytime view overlooking the water. Everything was very convenient, the condo was really nice and well-appointed inside, 15 minutes from the convention center, close to a lot of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here. Just make sure to ask him to leave the light on if you are arriving late. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay, James is very easy to talk to and he responds very fast. Hot springs has lots family friendly things to do, the townhouse was cozy, peaceful, and very clean inside. Our family had a ton of fun playing board games puzzles we walked on the golf course trail, it was just a great wonderful relaxing visit. Can't wait to go back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Carrie’s place! We felt at home in this charming and cozy retreat. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, which was just what we needed to unwind. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate, as it rained every day we were there. We had hoped to spend some time on the lovely deck and take walks in the surrounding area, but the rain kept us indoors. Despite the weather, we were thrilled to spot a majestic Bald Eagle soaring above the property! The location was perfect for our needs, conveniently situated close to the places we needed to visit while still offering stunning views of the landscape. Waking up to such beauty each morning was truly a treat. Inside, the space was well-appointed with a comfy bed that made for restful nights. The kitchen had most everything you would need. We will definitely be returning for another stay on our next visit. We can’t wait to enjoy the deck and the beautiful surroundings when the weather is nicer!

The place was great for our needs for the weekend. We had 8 adults and a child, we were all comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. Host was very proactive about making sure we were able to have a great weekend. The area is beautiful and a ton of things to do.

We loved our stay here! The cottage was super cool with it being built into the mountain and everything was clean and comfortable. Great location as well! Lauren was super helpful with instructions and tips and check-in/out were a breeze. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again in the future!

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautifully restored leaving a lot of its original charm. Had a nice large common area(a) and a fully loaded kitchen. The description of the property was accurate and it was within an easy and quick walk to the Main Street, shops, restaurants, bath houses, etc. There was a lot of activity in the immediately surrounding area (remodel going on next door, emergency vehicles in the area at night, etc.) which at times could be a bit loud but ultimately the property was flawless and the location was amazing!

My family and I stayed over Thanksgiving. The home was beautiful, clean and as described. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the home was also very spacious. If we ever decide to stay in Hot Springs Village again this will be the place we book! Very worth it!

We had the best time at Renee’s! It was clean and close to everything we needed. There was a lovely trail that led to a mini golf course (byob) and pickleball courts. There was a fantastic Mexican restaurant close but that had the biggest and best burritos my family and I have ever had. Short drive to downtown Hot Springs. What a wonderful trip!

I had such a great stay at Sheila’s place! The house was clean, smelled amazing, and felt really private and peaceful — exactly what I was looking for. The fire pit and hot tub were perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Sheila was awesome too — really nice and made sure I had everything I needed. Beverly was very responsive and kind. The place was nicer and bigger than expected. Great place to just relax and be away but not too far from the city. My wife and I don’t usually stay in places twice. She told me we would have to come back here again. Definitely a gem.

we would highly recommend this place. the home was clean and the people we spoke while out walking was very nice and it was a nice and quiet location. Car port was a bonus to load and unload things when it was raining. Mark was a great host as he was busy with his Coaching he still took the time to take my call and answer the questions we had. we will diffidently be back when we are in the area again. It was close to so many good places to eat but far enough away to be peaceful. Lots of Games to play with family, Nice deck out back to enjoy and watch the squirrels chase each other

Home was just as described and host was very receptive. Allowed us to check in an hour early which we really appreciated as well as move our original dates due to inclement weather. Home was clean however there were a dirty sponge in sink and loofas in bathroom shower. These items probably should have been disposed of by cleaning crew prior to our check in. Would also benefit from extra blankets as one of our guest did get chilled at night plus side the AC worked fantastic. All in all we enjoyed our stay felt comfortable in the home and would consider staying here again.

Very nice house, clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. The river in the back is fantastic (even though I didn’t catch any fish!). The pool table, table tennis, and Pit Boss smoker really add to the entertainment. Everything was great, and we’ll definitely stay there again when we get the chance.
