Townhouse ideally located in the heart of Bordeaux, as described, in absolute calm. All amenities are within a 5-minute walk. We were 5 couples of friends and enjoyed the spaces and amenities available.

Great place! Peaceful terrace out of sight to enjoy the spa, amazing game room to spend time during the showers, and a huge living room for exceptional family moments. Hosts are very responsive, available and have great tips! We had a great time!

Beautiful place in a nice quiet area. Valerie was always responsive. Highly recommended unless maybe you have trouble with mobility. There is a thin spiral staircase which is charming but if you struggle climbing steps could be an issue for you.

Such a lovely place, we really enjoyed our stay. Not a huge amount to do in the immediate area (we did not have a car with us) but the house itself is gorgeous and a lovely place to chill out. The place would benefit from a couple of small essentials to make things easier for guests (eg. Towels, kettle, dishwasher detergent, olive oil and salt and pepper etc.) but otherwise was an amazing place with plenty at our disposal. It’s a great house for kids: open plan, travel cot and bedding provided, very cute kids’ bedroom and Anne was kind enough to let our daughter use the toys at the house too.

We had a great time in Avignon! Very good communication from start to finish. The house is great and super nice! Between the jacuzzi, the plancha and the beautiful setting. I totally recommend this place if you want to unwind from your daily routine!

Accommodation identical to the description, very well equipped and clean. Sandrine was responsive and attentive, she was available if needed. Up-to-date tourist leaflets are available for on-site activities. The location is quiet with a view of fields.

The setting of this place has greatly contributed to the beautiful memories we have built with friends in Bordeaux. The property has all the useful services and amenities. It is about a 30-minute walk from the center and the same from the Cité du Vin/Hall de Bacalan. 30-minute walk in a pleasant setting, possibly along the Garonne. Also, the host is very responsive and. We recommend it!

Thomas and Sabrina's house is very well located, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops / restaurants / casino It's really a central place between Royan (center) and Saint Palais, Palmyra, etc. Many activities and walks close by. The house itself is a small house but perfectly arranged and pleasant, it is quiet and no parking problems. All at a very reasonable rate for those who know how nice and in-demand this area is! In addition, both Sabrina and Thomas were very responsive and friendly in our exchanges. I will find it without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay in a beautiful area. The presence of bikes is a plus. Sabrina and Julien are very pleasant hosts, very responsive. Recommended!

Family home ideal for families with small children. Games for them in a game room. Cribs. High chair. Stroller and cozy. Everything was perfect. The children's island is close for activities. On the other hand, a car is essential for shopping and trips to the sea.

Philippe is an exceptional host. Before we arrived he answered all our questions very quickly. The welcome was warm (with a bottle in the fridge waiting for us). We appreciated the time he spent giving us recommendations. The house was perfect for our needs, secure, we always left the car open because there's a gate. Our stay was peaceful. We had planned activities that we canceled in the end because we felt at home. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We'll be happy to come back. - Owner Kate is very responsive - I rented all the houses for a week with a group of friends (adults, young adults and teenagers). - Perfect hybrid configuration for all guests with an environment that can allow each or different groups to live at their own pace or to do phases of all together (meal, convivial moment, sports activities, barbecue, etc.) - Very clean and well equipped accommodations - Very nice swimming pool and solarium - Excellent welcome and availability from Rachel during the stay I would recommend it Note the need to have a car to be self-sufficient. No shops within walking distance close to the rental.

We had a great time, the pool is worthy of a 4-star rating, green and peaceful property. Everything is in place to have a relaxing vacation and disconnect.
