It is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the medieval city of Chauvigny, 25 minutes from the Futuroscope, 30 minutes from Poitiers and Châtellerault, 20 minutes from Civaux and on the Scandiberian Way.

There is also a courtyard for 2 vehicles, a 30 M2 terrace.

The 1st includes a bay window, 1 living area with TV, 1 fully equipped kitchen area, 1 sitting area with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 vanity unit, 1 toilet. the 2nd serves as a dormitory with 4 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower, 1 vanity unit, 1 toilet.

We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom).
