Staying at Fernanda's was great. The apartment is perfect for 1 person, even if you have lots of stuff with you like I did. Fernanda was always very responsive and made sure to solve all the small problems I had very quickly. She made the experience so much better because of how friendly she is. There's a supermarket, gym and restaurants nearby, a big avenue with buses that go everywhere and if you prefer to the an Uber, it takes you quickly to the most central/relevant places. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay in terms of appliances and furniture so it's very handy. I'd highly recommend staying at this apartment if you're visiting São Paulo. The only negative point I found in the apartment is that it's too hot in there (but they're trying to get permission to put the AC so it should be better soon!).

What a beautiful place, it's even more beautiful in person! Lots of greenery, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even kittens. Very quiet and peaceful, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very good. :) I read the tips in the reviews of other guests and it helped a lot. I took a pocket knife, we walked to Spani (but we came back by Uber with the groceries hahaha), we went to thrift stores, we walked around the farm and Itaim Park. And the house has absolutely everything we need for cooking, blender, baking pan, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a dear, said that if you don't have something, just ask and it will be provided. We want to come back more often. ♡
