Невероятно красивая квартира. В живую лучше чем на фото. Очень быстрое и комфортное заселение. Качественные материалы, хорошая мебель и идеальная чистота. Прекрасный вид из балкона и из квартира на бассейн и океан. Всё работает. Высший класс жилья. Самый лучший район Фуншала с дорогими отелями в округе. Рядом торговый центр. До пляжа 5 минут пешком. До центра Фуншала 10-15 минут на машине.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The view is truly stunning and the apartment has a beautiful balcony that you can sit and relax on. Apartment is in a good location - close to shops, restaurants and bars plus easy transport routes into Funchal. The rooftop communal pool is an excellent feature and great for a morning swim to start the day. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities that we needed - we appreciated the welcome gifts that were left waiting for us on arrival. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I was to return to Madeira.

Home away from home. Christians place in Paul do Mar felt immediately like home to us. The apartment is spacious, clean and super comfortable within an amazing location in the super cute village of Paul do Mar. There is plenty of parking closeby, a supermarket to walk to and a great seafood restaurant and snack bar next door. We loved the balcony nestled between mountains, banana fields and the ocean. You can hear the calming sound of the ocean in the apartment and we slept so well. We definitely will choose to come here again and can highly recommend. Thank you!

We had an excellent stay in Duarte’s apartment and the Madeira island as a whole! Apart from the accommodation offering everything we needed, Duarte made us feel very welcome and comfortable by providing lots of recommendations about local festivities, restaurants and hiking trails. 😊

Die vielen hilfreichen Tipps von Host Manuel und die persönliche Betreuung waren einfach super. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Umgebung war super gepflegt, einfach zum Geniessen.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich super. Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und fühlten uns von Anfang an wie zuhause. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche mit allen Geräten. Die Lage im Ort Paul do Mar ist perfekt: 2min zu Fuss zum Supermarkt und ca. 10min zu Fuss zu einer lokalen Bar. Jeden Abend kann man einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang geniessen im eigenen Pool. Unser Urlaub war dank dieser Unterkunft eine 10/10. Auch der Host, André, hat uns mehrere Empfehlungen gegeben, was sehr hilfreich war. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Beautiful and spacious apartment. Host is very responsive & communicates proactively. The view from the bedroom to the sea is amazing. And the cute terrace ideal for a relaxed breakfast. The parking is challenging as we had a bigger car, but it was manageable. Note the narrow stairs that need to be taken to get from the garage to the apartment. There seems to be a school right next to the building, so it get a bit noisy sometimes. However, the evening are always quiet. It was a great stay, can definitely recommend.

It’s not often that you find accommodation that ticks all the boxes particularly when travelling with a large group. My family absolutely loved our stay here during our visit to Madeira. The Airbnb was luxurious and provided a relaxing environment while being close to great restaurants, beaches / pools and shops. Each bedroom was spacious, en-suite and with a sea view over the Atlantic. The apartment in general had everything you could think of to make our stay feel as homely and comfortable as possible. Having access to a 3 car private garage allowed hassle free travel anywhere around the island and was a real plus for my elder grandparents and the babies and toddlers in our group. A big thank you to our attentive Airbnb host for an absolutely memorable stay. We will be back!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement qui est très fonctionnel et à 2 minutes à pied de l'océan : il est un peu vieillot mais correspond tout à fait à la description. Il est bien équipé et possède 2 terrasses : l'une ensoleillée et avec vue sur la mer, à l'arrière de l'appartement et l'autre couverte, à l'avant. La place de parking juste devant le portillon est très pratique (et rare dans ce village presque entièrement piétonnier). Le village est magnifique, très fleuri, avec ses ruelles piétonnes et ses nombreux escaliers. Il y a un restaurant juste un peu plus bas dans la rue, ce qui est très pratique. Je n'ai pas eu de contact direct avec Bernardino mais les échanges par mail avec Dorothea ont été agréables et utiles : l'hôte est très réactive. Je recommande ce logement.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft, wirklich wie auf den Bildern. Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert, wir wurden durch das Wohngebäude (Garagen, Poolbereich) geführt und uns wurde alles super erklärt. Wirklich tolle Lage, man erreicht alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus (viele Bushaltestellen in direkter Nähe) - insgesamt war es eine der besten Unterkünfte, in welcher wir je waren! Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Logement vraiment pas mal, voyageant seul, la taille était parfaite pour moi. très bien placé, avec vu sur la mer. Le fait qu'il y a bar, plage, restaurants et magasin à proximité peut convenir aux personne venant profiter du soleil. Par contre, le logement ne convient qu'à une personne seul, pas plus, soyez vigilant

Wir haben drei Nächte in der Wohnung von Lani und Ci verbracht. Beide sind wunderbare Gastgeber und habe uns beim Check-In alles persönlich erklärt, ihr Engagement ist außergewöhnlich. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Meerblick, ist zentral in Seixal und das große Plus ist der private Parkplatz am Grundstück. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything you needed. Location was perfect meaning we could explore the city easily on foot. The roof terrace was a lovely addition to the apartment and allowed us to have some well needed chill time after busy days exploring. Our hosts were very helpful. Check in was really easy and we were given a guided tour of the apartment and terrace on arrival. Their welcome pack had lots of great recommendations that we used as well. My daughter had a fall in the apartment during our stay and accidentally broke a lamp. When I told the hosts they were so understanding and it was sorted really easily and with no stress. I really appreciated this so thank you again for your kindness.

Alles super! Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos. Die Lage ist optimal. Von dort aus kommt man über all gut hin und es gibt über die Straße direkt ein Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt. Danke !

We are glad we booked at this spot! The balcony was wonderful to have and everything was clean. What stood out the most was our very responsive host making sure we got all checked in even while her car was broken down on the side of the road! Despite the emergency, she responded to all our messages promptly and helped us check in. I was extra grateful when I woke up extremely sick from some bad fruit the night before and we were allowed a late check out until I recovered! We even left one of our passports at check out and she made sure the staff kept it safe for us. Very helpful owners, would recommend.

Betty is the top host! She welcomed us with open arms. Very fast to respond, friendly and helpful! We were able to check out in the afternoon and enjoyed our last lunch at home before leaving for the airport. The view of the mountains is breathtaking at day and night time. The apartment is absolutely huge. It was our 3rd visit to Madeira with our elderly mum. She got beautiful bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in shower. Betty also got an armchair for mum so she could relax on the balcony. We had such a comfortable and great stay! highly recommended!

Excellent logement, piscine avec une vue imprenable, le jacuzzi est un must après une journée de randonnée. Les hôtes sont également adorables et très sympathiques

Nice apartment to stay for a long holiday with beautiful views of Praira Formosa. Infinity pool, ample space, well equipped kitchen and washing machine. Free parking in the apartment's garage. The location was perfect being just outside of Funchal with easy access to ER 101. The apartment sits up on the hill with a short walk to the promenade; you can walk either towards Camara de Lobos or Funchal. Lots of restaurants on the promenade and on Estrada Monumental. There is a supermarket (Continente) just 2-3 blocks down the street from the apartment. The local host met us at the apartment to show us around. The apartment was clean and comfortable coming home after a day of hiking (purchase trail tickets 3E on Simplifica for all the PR# trails). A car is a must if you are going to hike and see Maderia. No Jacuzzi and gym is old and poorly equipped.

This was a beautiful Airbnb with a great patio. Tons of wonderful restaurants were in walking distance. Paulo was a very friendly host and even delivered fresh bread every morning!
