Family-friendly vacation rentals in Japanese's Island

The house is beautiful, the spaces are very comfortable, Carlos and his wife are very friendly and willing to help with everything you need, as is Marlene. I would definitely go back to the accommodation, it was a very fun week and with many pleasant memories.

Perfect beach house experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The experience was simply wonderful. The property is impeccably clean and very well organized. From the moment of arrival, it was clear how much care and attention the hosts put into every detail. The service of the owners was exemplary, always helpful, helpful and very attentive. They responded quickly to our questions and were genuinely concerned about ensuring that we had an amazing experience. The location is perfect and the house offers all the comforts you need for a memorable stay. I recommend it without hesitation and we will certainly return at the next opportunity! Boa noite we were 8 people and two children , daughter's birthday, very cozy house,all good only to taste.Let give a hint ,when you go to spend a moment with the family at Casae and ideal and we really like Leny who prepared us a breakfast note 10 and a wonderful lunch. Impeccable view, very good condominium, I hope to return more often

Our stay was perfect! The house is exactly the same as in the photos, and has everything we needed, (water purifier, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, microwave, electric iron, cooler and beach chairs, among other utensils). The air-conditioning in the rooms works perfectly, it's very cold, we didn't miss anything! Toninho is a nice guy, he welcomed us with a morning snack and gave us several good tips for walking around the region!

A magical vase on the hill of Buzios. Above Geriba beach, which is the one I recommend the most. There are other beaches that are more beautiful, but very crowded. Geriba, being so big, there are no people. The only disadvantage is having to walk 20 minutes to get to the beach, but it's the price you have to pay for having the view from the hill. The house is still highly recommended, and you can tell that the owners use it, because it is WELL equipped. It's not just equipped with a few things for airbnb. There's everything.

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

Our stay at this residence was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very remarkable. Everything worked perfectly, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! We also enjoyed lighting a fire and cooking a great barbecue. The location is optimal, everything is just a few minutes away, whether it's restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The space in the park, the cleanliness, the tidiness, the bedding, the kitchen utensils, the barbecue, the sauna, the pool table, everything 10/10. Elaine was always very attentive, she gave us very special attention. We definitely want to come back again.

What can I say about our days in Arraial do Cabo at Chi Fai's place? Everything was magnificent, the building's amenities, the kitchen equipment, the cleanliness, the warmth, and the incredible location in front of Praia Grande, along with the host's attention, make it undoubtedly the best experience I've had on a vacation... We can't wait to come back, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!

Denise and Roberto are great hosts. Home as a listing. Very well located, clean and spacious. One of the best we ever stayed. The townhouse served very well, and there was plenty of room left, for 8 adults, 2 children and a pet. Flexible, proactive hosts, quick replies, and clear instructions. We will return more often. I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All shops nearby and the beach a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with courtesy and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.

Super cozy house, 3 super tidy bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed each. Large barbecue area with tables and chairs, huge swimming pool! Not to mention that the location is surreal, you can walk to the ParkLagos mall in 3 minutes and on the corner there is the best restaurant, Outros500. To get to the beach of the fort is a 10-minute drive. SUPER RECOMMEND!

The stay was incredible! The space is cozy, well located and exactly as in the photos. The host was super attentive, responded quickly to all messages and was always available to answer questions. A special highlight goes to the chef's service, which further elevated the experience. I highly recommend it!

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.

What a great home and stay. The house itself is unique—set on multiple levels, beautifully designed and furnished. The home is just a few steps down from shops, restaurants and the ocean. And Francisca served a great breakfast every morning and made our experience even better. Thank you for your hospitality and a memorable stay.

The house is fantastic, it’s more beautiful than the pictures, the kitchen well equipped, the showers good. I would suggest them to do an upgrade on the internet that was down very often so we had to reset the modem every day. Pedro always answered our questions before and during the stay. Perfect place to stay with big family. We definitely would come back.

The stay at the house was great! Thais and Alexandre are always kind, the photos represent exactly what the house is like, with a great outdoor area. Clean linens and bath linens of high quality. The shower is great, too. Super recommend it.
