Condo vacation rentals in Japanese's Island

We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived, the apartment is impeccable. The area where it is located is very convenient, since from there we were able to get around very well both on foot and by car. We loved it! We will definitely be back here.

It was exactly as advertised, Janaina was very attentive and responded promptly, impeccable cleanliness, cozy and practical environment, they were wonderful days, and we will definitely come back.

We loved the location! The days we spent at Fabio's apartment were great!!

For us, it met the expectations, great property, close to the beach and the center, bakery, pharmacy, drink distributor, everything very close. Clean and smelling sheets and towels, kitchen with all the utensils. All rooms with air conditioning and very comfortable, safe for those with children, including beach baldinho and a plank that the children used a lot. The maintenance to be done in the apartment did not disturb our stay at all, including an air conditioner started to drip and the host promptly sent someone to repair. We were welcomed and the checkin was easy and quick.

The apartment is excellent, you can get to store the car in the garage and simply walk to the beach from the fortress to the restaurants, only remove the car to go to the long beaches. Cozy apartment I felt at home, all the instructions about the apartment were very clear and my stay was excellent for sure I will come back more often.

The apartment is impeccable, everything is wonderful, super well equipped, clean, we love it very much! It has a backyard, which was perfect for our dogs. It has a market and restaurant next door and is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Lucy is a great host, responds quickly and is very attentive, in addition to having left treats for our arrival! We hope to return as soon as possible!

Dani's studios are great, everything just like the announcement, everything impeccable, I stayed at studio 107, for 2 people cater very well, it's spacious, the internal and external structure are great tbm, everything clean, smelly, organized and working! Great location, 7 minutes walking to the beach of the fort, easy access to other tbm beaches, the receptivity of both Dani and parents Terry and Lucia were incredible, all very friendly, give several restaurant and beach tips! Mauro tbm is great, always catering to us with a smile on his face! Dani answered me very quickly every time he texted me! This I thought was awesome! 24 hrs available! Outside all the information she sent me the day before my arrival! Flexible Checkin and Checkout… Anyway, I totally recommend it, I will return again soon to Dani's studios pq are perfect! We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment matches exactly the descriptions and photos presented in the listing, it is very complete. The host is extremely attentive, responds super fast, and makes check-in and check-out flexible to help us, and even left a treat. It is close to Praia do Sol and Praia do Sudoeste. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, microwave, etc.). In the living room there is a TV, and right on the balcony there is a very relaxing hammock. The bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, comfortable beds and bedding (sheets and fluffy duvet), a dresser and hangers. In general, the access to the apartment is by stairs (a few), it has Wi-Fi, it is safe, it has a shower with hot water and towels. Ahh, the condominium is very pleasant, it has a game room, swimming pool, gym, sauna and a part for children to play and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!!!!

I loved the penthouse, everything was clean and organized, excellent location, right in front of the beach, the condominium is luxurious, with a swimming pool, game room and no bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra, from the first moment I thought about renting, cleared up all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had any more questions, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational, only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

Our stay was wonderful. My family and I felt at home. The apartment is beautiful well equipped and with a great location very close to the beach. Christiane has always been very solicitous, kind and willing to make our stay great. It would definitely indicate to my family and friends and I hope to be able to return in the future.
